Office would like a role where the User can listen to recordings but not delete them.

We would like to have a user 'role' where when assigned, staff can listen to call recordings in the portal but not have the option to downloand and delete the recording. Currently the 'roles' in Weave for staff are all or nothing with listening to the recordings... you can either listen to it, download the media or delete the recording OR you can't listen to the call recording with not being able to download and delete it. We would like a happy medium where we can listen to the record but staff can't delete it out.

I need to be able to give certain users abilities to listen to recorded calls but I DO NOT want users to be able to delete recorded calls unless they have the proper permissions. For example. Phone manager should be able to listen to recorded calls but not delete. Deleting recorded calls should be Admin permission only
