  1. Grey out when someone is responding to a text

    Currently weave's texting doesn't allow for us to easily determine if an agent is responding to a text, besides it occasionally having the feature of someone typing at the bottom. It would be nice for the text to be greyed out or not allow someone to respond if someone is already in the text.

  4. T-Mobile Customers not able to receive messages

    Please fix the issue of T-Mobile customers not receiving any text messages.

    We would not have signed on to Weave if this known issue was communicated to us prior to signing on. We committed to and paid for a year of weave upfront and now are stuck with about 30% of our patients unable to receive important texts and forms.

  7. Make timing of recipients receiving bulk text more precise.

    I'd like to be able to send a message that a webinar is starting in 10 minutes or send a notice at 8:00am when it's not too early to text but before recipient's day gets going.

    Right now I'm seeing that bulk texts hit recipients 30-70 minutes after I want them to.

    When we are doing bulk messages, can you create a filter for Spanish patients and English patients (since we are able to change settings to Spanish in Weave). It would be beneficial to send English bulk messages and then separately send Spanish bulk messages.

  9. "Opt-Out" Message verbiage

    Is there any way to update the verbiage in the message that people who unsubscribe from text messaging receive?
    I'd really like for it to read:
    From Dermatology Associates of Atlanta. You have unsubscribed from text messages and will no longer receive text messages from our office. This includes appointment reminders, and important communications from our office. You will need to maintain your own appointment reminders until you resubscribe to text messaging.
    Manage preferences here: https://...blah,blah...
    Reply START at any time to resubscribe to text messaging.

  10. SMS Keyword for text message info on road signs

    add an sms keyword feature that can be used on signs to request information about my practice, like text "tooth" to 2994 for more information. every big company has this on their signs when I drive by and it would be awesome to not have to pay another company for this feature and just have it be part of weave

  11. If multiple contacts are present, at least list ONE of them and have the "Multiple Contacts" link to see all of them.

    "Multiple Contacts" should all be listed in the Weave call pop-up and should NOT require clicking on an additional link. Or if multiple contacts are present and for some reason not all of them can be listed, at least list ONE of them and have the "Multiple Contacts" link available to click on to see ALL of them.

    The New Weave Experience software doesn't list a patient's name for Incoming Call notification and instead says "Multiple Contacts". I understand that we can click on the "Multiple Contacts" to then see all the contacts, but this is a BAD change. We…

  14. Bulk message past due hygiene patients to fill open schedule

    On the app, if you click lists, then over due patients it brings up a list of different times of past due recall patients. It would be soooooooo much easier if you could copy, cut and paste these specific lists and place them in bulk messaging to fill an opening on your hyg. schedule. Bulk messaging is too complicated to save as csv file from dental software, then import in specific parameters!

  15. BETA: Filtering messages to see unread and read but not responded texts.

    In the new Beta application, you can only filter read, unread, delivered, and undelivered texts whereas the old app your unread texts and read but not responded texts are filtered automatically.

    I want to see an option to see read but not responded to texts. It will be easier to track texts that need a response or not. It's hard to scroll through 10 texts to find a message that you have to respond to. Also please bring back tagging text chains as it help with assigning a task to a team member.

  16. More drag + Drop variables in messaging templates/payment templates

    I would like there to be more drag and drop variable options within the messaging templates, and especially in the payment message templates.
    Specifically, a "team member" option that will input the first name of the team member sending the message. For payments, the same variables as regular messages would be helpful, as well as a deposit/balance due option.

  17. Text Connect Critical Bug and Duplicate Auto Messages

    Patients who use the "Text Connect" widget on our website get a response text message with "{preferred_name}" instead of the name inputted on the form indicating the Preferred Name failover isn't working. A few minutes later they get a second text message by the "auto-messaging" system that pretty much says the same thing again. Not very professional.

  18. Save the Date delay

    Hi,
    A delay before save the date texts being sent out would be amazing for when patients make appointments but maybe move around the time/date quickly. In these relatively frequent scenarios, an appointment is made, save the date is sent, but the patient quickly decides they want another day or time and get another text for the now correct time.

    If they didn't get the message for a time we can set, like an hour, any changes we made in person can be completed before they receive the text.

  19. auto messaging technical error with Eaglesoft

    Within Eaglesoft we have several patients who are linked together, whether they're husband and wife, parent and children or adult and elderly parent. Weave is supposed to be pulling the "cell phone" number for the text message reminders but there have been times where weave is showing they are texting the opposite person of who it was actually sent to.. for i.e.: text reminder was sent to wife's "cell phone" correctly for appointment reminder but weave shows the text was sent under the husband's name. Please have Weave only pull from the "cell phone" column for text messages automatically or…

  20. reminder day before for early appointments

    Currently the "same day" reminders go out 2 hours before the appointment, When the patient has a 7 am appointment its tough to get a reminder at 6:30 ( that seems to be the earliest time allowed ) It would be great to have appointment reminders for the 7 am's sent at 6pm the night before.
