  1. Display client first and last name on caller ID, call history and text thread

    Recent update (10/2024) took away the display for client last name. I use this to search for their account as I'm answering the phone. It saves precious time. I have 3 cases that I'm working on where the clients all have the same name. 3 separate text threads that all just say a first name. I don't know which one I'm selecting. Have to open thread and read to find out. Very inconvenient.

    1. Field for manually entered contacts' "Category" or "Contact Type" with a short text data entry or dropdown menu selection (e.g., "Patient," "Parent," "Guarantor," "Company/Business," "Office," "Partner," "Other," etc.).

  3. We would like to see our patients along with the Owner info.

    We use Vetter aka DaySmart. Our PMS is not fully integrated with Weave. We would like to see our patient's info when we are looking at the owner information.

  4. Email campaigns going to patient’s spam folder

    We have sent out multiple email campaigns to later learn that most patients do not receive them because they go to spam folders. Please fix this issue or allow campaigns to be sent from office email rather than generic Weave email address. What is the point of this feature if patients don’t even receive the emails

  5. Bulk Messaging Free for Number of Patients

    We have a large amount of patients, +5,000 on our list. We are paying a premium to have Weave Service - however; to pay an almost $200 to text everyone an announcement once a month is a little silly.
    It would be nice to allow at least one bulk message per month to all customers without having to pay an additional fee.

  7. Add DOB under Add New Contact (without having to select Add Field)

    On the Weave App, under Add New Contact, it currently shows fields for First Name, Last Name, Mobile Phone, and Email. Would love for DOB to show as well since this is important for medical offices to identify patients who have the same names. I know it's under "Add Field" but I could see employees not remembering to enter DOB if they have to click a few more buttons.

  8. contact group

    Please enable Weave to create patient lists by certain filters in the contact fields. For example, if there was a specific field in each contact called "List Tag, etc" we could label a certain group of patients by filter to send messages to without running a report every time from our EHR.

  12. Business text line for contacts

    When we create a new contact, please add a text line to put the Business name. It would be especially helpful if we can only put the business name and not have the first and last name required. We use Weave to fax reports to other healthcare providers and it is easier to save the contact information for a clinic rather than a specific doctor.

  13. Archive Voicemail records

    I would like to be able to save/archive Voicemails under Client History where the would stay after deleting/removing from the Voicemail box so we keep records especially when a client calls to say they left a voicemail to cancel an appointment we've marked as a no show.

  14. Secondary Numbers

    It would be great to have the option to text a secondary number on the account. We have cornerstone and from what I gather, if there is more than on Cellular number on the account you can only text the primary number. All other numbers that are listed under cellular will not show up on weave. You can search the secondary number under weave and the account will show up, but it will not show any numbers other than the primary. Basically what I am saying is please have all phone numbers that are in your PMS to reflect in…

  16. Inactive status patients need reminders too please and thank you ;)

    We are an orthodontic practice who have many "inactive status" patients who call years after because of a broken or lost retainer who need to come in one time for an appointment and their status is not changing but they still need to get reminders of their appointments. We would also like the option of looking them up if we want to. Why is the option to toggle it on and off if we can't see them either way? :(

  17. Notification for separate Parents

    I believe the feature for children notifications is underwhelmed.. i see it being beneficial for both parents to receive their children's appointment reminders, notifications, etc. Say example the parents are divorced, if only one parent is listed on the account for the children how would the other parent be in the loop? This seems to be somewhat of a flaw.

  18. Customize family module for communication purposes

    The family module currently pulls according to what it shows in the office's PMS but sometimes the family will want a different person named as the Person of contact on behalf of their family. It would be wonderful if we could customize their family module in Weave! Especially so that when sending forms on behalf of a dependent through the patient profile you can influence who will actually be sent the link.

    This office has a large patient base that speaks Spanish, but also major population of Filipino patients that speak Tagalog. They were hoping for the possibility of someday having additional language templates available in Weave to be used.

  20. Printing Quick Fill

    It would be great if we had the ability to print our quick fill with the notes and phone number for patient. This way, we could keep track of appointments that were offered.
