  1. Notes option within text feed

    It would be very beneficial for there to be a "notes" option that appears directly in the text message feed that is only visible to the office staff. We noticed there is a notes option if we click on the patients name and select notes, but it would be very helpful for this option to be directly within the text feed. It saves times and increases productivity to be able to see the patients texts and the offices comments all in one spot.

    I'm confused why the weave app is computer specific?? At our office we desk share so when I log in at a different desk all my customizations for the text messaging are those of the person who first signed into weave at this station. So I can't see messages that are in fact tagged to me, verses seeing my co workers.?? Why even have separate logins then? Is there any way to make the app be specific to the person who signed into the app? Finger crossed this is one reason we looked at switching to weave in the first…

  4. Download all text conversions to a csv or sql file

    It would be very helpful to be able to download all of our texts to a csv, sql or xml file. We have hundred of texts out to our patients with replies. It is very easy to miss information as is. If we could see and filter a database of texts, it would be very helpful to alleviate this problem.

  7. open VM and SMS indicator icon

    I've spoken to a few people on the weave team about this but feel its a really easily implemented feature. When a client calls they automatically receive a text message if we miss them. Many times a client will leave a VM and then also reply to the text, and in some cases these are at different times but before we have opened for the next day to review them.

  8. Issues with Notifications

    We are small practice and use Revolution EHR--this isn't an idea so much as it is a complaint. Whenever we click "received" it sometimes will not notify the patient by text that their glasses are ready. It's very annoying. It's just me in our optical and I don't have time to go back and make sure that all the "Received" orders have been notified.

  11. Notification for when appointment reminders stop sending

    A notification is sent to the admin's email or on the weave app alerting the office that their appointment reminders have stopped going out. I was chatting with a multi-office and they mentioned that their appointment reminder had stopped going out and they didn't realize it for like a week which caused a lot of their patients to not show up for their appointments. If they had been alerted then they could have called support to fix it and had fewer no-shows.

  13. Enable ability to control Save the Date send time windows

    Similar to this request that is already closed and can't be voted on - https://feedback.getweave.com/forums/310747-desktop-app/suggestions/43602021-save-the-date-reminders-send-too-early-in-am

    We just had enabled save the date reminder SMS, and had multiple new patients who scheduled an appointment on Saturday and received reminders at 6:30am on Sunday morning.

    This feature is basically unusable until similar functionality around earliest send-time is added like you have on regular SMS.

  14. "RECALL REMINDERS" DO NOT PULL THE CORRECT DATES IN DAYSMARTVET!

    We were told that we would be able to send text reminders for our patients due for wellness exams, vaccines, preventions etc. All of our inventory items that fall under these categories were integrated into the "recall reminder" section. We realized after awhile that people weren't receiving text messages for the approaching due dates on these types of things for their animals. After months and months of working with Weave and Daysmart to figure out the problem, Weave finally found that it was pulling "expiration dates" of vaccines and not pulling "due dates" for each specific patient.     Have the ability to have a Drag & Drop for the "Department" in which you selected after you selected the patient into a template message so that the correct department is reflective with in the message. This would allow a message to be created that could serve more than a single department.

    Hi! We schedule patients to see the hygienist for a cleaning and then a second appointment right after that to see the doctor for either an exam or fillings or something else. Sometimes a patient was scheduled for a cleaning 3 months out and then later decides to also see the doctor afterwards to complete treatment. In both cases, the patient is getting a 'save the date" text message right after the appointment's are scheduled. The problem here is that the patient is getting two "save the date" messages... one for the first appointment and then another for the second…

  17. Offices would like clear guidelines on what constitutes as confirmations and cancels to be posted on Weave Academy

    I have an office who is having issues with confirmation writebacks and writeback cancellations. They have been trying to find the proper guidelines for confirmation writebacks because patients reply with a string of sentences and it doesn't writeback properly. They request that a clear list of what can be sent and confirmed or cancelled for appointments be posted on Weave Academy.

    Any photos that are sent via text can only be downloaded as a png file. Eaglesoft does not recognize that file. I would like the option to change the file to either a jpg or pdf when downloading. Thank you!

  20. automatically tag all responses to certain notifications to a specific staff member

    It would be helpful if there was a way to automatically tag a response to a notification to our patients. For example, an automatic text notification goes out to a patient letting them know that their contact lenses are ready to be picked up. We already have it set up so that the notification asks the patient to respond with "C" when they receive it. Is there a way to make that "C" response be automatically tagged to a certain staff member so he doesn't have to sift through all of the responses to see which patients have been notified?
