Bigger screen please
all the new stuff is fine, It is just tiresome to constantly have to scroll up or down or sideways to see icons or other features. Please make the screen larger to accommodate your application. Thank you

Automatic Updates for Desktop App
Please enable automatic updates to the Weave desktop app. Our staff likely dismiss the notifications for updates, which then leads to issues with the app. It would be great if the app would queue an update for the next time the app is launched, or if it could be performed outside of office hours. Thank you.

Refresh Weave website OVERKILL
Weave has recently begun to constantly log us out of the website. Logging back in is NOT a quick, one-step process either. While I'm on the phone with a patient and need to check if they have answered the COVID questions; I have to put them on hold to wait for Weave to catch up!

Updated Search Bar Inefficiency
The new search bar only shows two - three results at a time and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to which two patients. I was advised to use the "View More" button. However, if that is working “as designed” its terribly inefficient. When you do click the “view more” button you have to start all over in typing the name you’re looking for – it doesn’t carry over from what you’ve already started. Please update!

Weave Feedback Is Broken
First, the Weave feedback system sucks...you want my feedback to make your system better, so you make me have to login, wait 5 minutes for an email, then see if my idea is already submitted, but all I can see are the subject lines for these other ideas, you click one to read it, and if doesn't apply to my idea I have to back out, but now my idea I've written about is gone and I'm logged out of Weave feedback...yet another completely opposite of genius idea you have put into place! How about you actually make feedback useful…

would love it there was a direct link from Dentrix to click on to make a call to patients.
Also would love if there was a link on weave desktop app when you click in to a patient on the phone call alert that you could click on a go to that family's family file or ledger connection.
