Forms/ Admin Portal/ Call Records
When sending forms to under aged patients, the form defaults to the parent or guardian, making the name on the form and the name that comes up on the dashboard incorrect.
Also, the patient search bar within the Weave app no longer automatically searches while typing. The need to stop and click the search button is inconvenient and slows the process down. Please return to the old search feature.

Insurance
We would like to be able to check new patient insurance without having to make them a chart in our system. Also more information on dental insurances would be helpful as well. Because we can get dental info through weave but not every thing we need is in the breakdown so we still have to call. Maybe each office can download what they are looking for on there breakdown forms and form information from insurance through that. Or something easier cause if we still have to call on information might as well not even pay for this. There is no…

forms and quick fill
I would like to be able to respond to my patients that leave reviews through Weave. I can respond to google reviews but not Weave reviews.
When will Medical Hx auto populate into Eaglesoft Med Hx?
Are there medical release forms that I can add to my forms?
Quick Fill- I wish the list would not hop to the beginning of the list when I am looking at a patient's note. I wish I could return to the exact place I was in the list after checking a note.

Linking forms with the Dolphin System
Hello!
I have been trying to make it so I could use the forms from Weave and send them to patients and when the form has been submitted it would link with our system DOLPHIN. I spoke with one of your reps and they said you do not currently work with the Dolphin system. This would be beneficial to have since many medical offices are using this system.

Alerts for Med History on acct
When you submit a weave form medical history no alerts are posted to the account for the medical problems they have. Mconsent previously did create that alert manually. So that when the pt profile on Eaglesoft is opened it pops up with alerts for what medical problems they have. It would be ideal if this feature is added to weave forms.

Not overriding family file
Patients that have the same number as another patient (elderly or minors) is rewriting the family file and appointments for the patient. I think it should not do this. It should go by the name or chart number not the phone number.

Upload forms into Dentrix
When Patients fill out the forms on the Ipad it should just upload right into Dentrix. It takes too long to download and upload the forms into each patients file.

Covid Screening Form
On the Covid Screening form, it would be great if all the words were black, but if they answered YES to any questions, the YES would be in RED!!! to make it stand out

PROBLEMS
Make system more user friendly
New patient forms all come as one and are placed under medical history... then need to seperate to all the different catagories IE pt registration, hippa, medical history , insurance ect
MConsent put completed forms in correct catagory
If pt name changes - Weave changes name in system with no way to know what the previous name was, as listed in our submitted form column
New patients are completing six forms then when signing are being kicked out and info wiped out.

Become more user friendly!
New patients are getting kicked out while filling out forms. That is very frustrating to them and does not look good for us. I was told by one of your employees that they cannot refresh the page because that will cause that to happen. You need to make this more user friendly, not all patients are computer savvy, nor should they have to be. Open Dental and mConsent are so user friendly that even my mom (75 years old) was able to use it.

Digital Forms Integration Customization
Customer called in and would like Weave to have a feature where you can customize where the information from Digital Forms writebacks go in the PMS. The client uses OpenDental, so rather than seeing all patient responses on Digital Forms go to "Image Center" she would like to be able to customize other routes to send desired information from the forms. Apparently one of our competing companies offers such a service and she would like to see it on Weave.

Make the forms link a hyperlink in e-mails
When I sent forms via e-mail they have to copy and paste the link, it does not show up as a hyperlink. Please fix this.

Forms language translation
We have many Spanish speaking patients. It would be helpful to have an option for the forms to translate to other languages. This would be incredibly helpful when sending new patient paperwork.

Take is back to where we were at on older Overdue Patient list
Take us back to where we were on ALL the overdue patient lists. I know the newer ones do, but the older ones don't.

Forms Customization
With the new forms addition, the function to edit the text/font would allow us to customize emails to make them look less like "Spam." We could use the company logo on the forms on the email as well to make the email more professional.

Patients with the same phone number
So if they have the same phone number in their weave account or even in their PMS they are going to all have the same phone number where messages and reminders, intake forms are being sent to. And all will be sent to the head of household in the account not the named person with the appointment. However, it is not consistently going to the head of the household, sometimes it goes to the named person that had the last appointment.
