Call Park Requests
I would like to suggest a ring back option when a person is placed on hold. Many times we get busy and the person on hold gets overlooked. I really feel that would benefit our patients and our staff.

When we have patients on hold and the phones don't notify us except sometimes a red light will appear . Our patients have been on hold for over 30 mins without us even knowing! Can we get a pop up on our screen that says what line is on hold? Or maybe the phones could beep please!

I cant understand why, as a manager, always being called to the phone, the hold button is not where it should be,commonsensically.
Why cant the hold button allow the next person to access the phone, we have to press “park” instead.
Why cant the phone just work like a phone? -

On Hold reminder. Maybe a pop up alert on computer when a call has been on hold more then 2 minutes.

Our phones need to alert us when a patient has been on hold too long. It should beep or ring. With this system it just blinks and we forget people are on the line. This is a critical upgrade in my opinion.

Our previous office phones beeped after a certain amount of time to alert you of a patient who has been on hold for a while. When it gets busy you may forget you placed someone on hold. It would be nice to have a feature that alerted you when someone has been on hold for over 3 minutes or more.

Please create an "on hold" notification reminder. With our old land line phones, after we would put someone on hold the phone would beep to remind us that someone was still on hold, waiting for us to pick up. Our office gets so busy with phone calls and patients coming in needing help right away that sometimes phone calls get forgotten, which can be frustrating. An on hold reminder would be so helpful.

Beeping hold: it would be beneficial to not only have the blinking light when a call is on hold, but it should periodically beep as well. Thus making it more noticable to another employee, who can then pick up the call.

I would like to see a feature added to when we put patients on hold it beeps back at us after a couple minutes. If we get busy and put someone on hold, we dont get notification and that potentially upsets patients, as sometimes when we are doing mulitple tasks we can forget. I have never worked with a phone system that doesnt do that until this one

We desperately want a tone to play to notify us that there is a call on hold. It is very difficult to keep track of all the lines on hold.

Hello
Today I made the attempt to answer a call coming in while on a call. When the second line rang it does not give the park option it gave only anser call. When I did that it put the irst line on hold and I answered line 2. I then placed the second callon park and returned to line 1. However, when I attempted to go back to line two I could not reach them. It was elevator music and then went to a busy signal. We lost the call and could not access them. It was the Dr calling in on that line. She remained on hold and the line did not habg up on her.
In other words line two went to na mans land.
We are experincing diiculty with the phone system. It is definately not user friendly.

We would really like the hold buttons to be able to ring back after a minute. It's too easy when very busy at front desk to forget that a call is holding. Number 1 on our 'wish list'

We are a very busy dental office, for your weave phones not to show when patient's are on hold is absolutely ridiculous.. I cannot believe you haven't had more complaints on this. Too many times patient's are put on hold and forgot about. This is a problem for our office. There should be a flashing light or something where staff members know that there is someone on hold..

We would really like to have our phones with the ablity to let us know when someone is sitting on hold ..We are forgetting they are there and this is causing a big problem. We hope Weave developlment can add this in to a new update asap. Thank you! Angie Waxahachie Family Dentistry

Hi,
We really need to be able to have an alert when we have left someone on hold for more than 45 seconds. I can't believe this is not a feature. Please let us know as soon as you can remedy that feature. Thank you. Sonja

It would be a nice feature for the Hold buttons to blink to differentiate from a line that is being used, and as a reminder that there is someone holding.
