A Mass Text Option, when appointments become available in the schedule. This would help us offer the appointment time to past due patients, and help us fill our schedule more efficiently. Thank you. Lighthouse Has a similar feature.

A bulk texting option would be great to send to our patients. We use the e-mail marketing option but would be able to reach more patients with texts.

We need a way to send a mass text/email easily to our past due patients. The "LIST" option does not accommodate for this purpose. I realize I can use campaigns but that is email only, miss texted people. A copy/paste from the overdue list would be helpful for "LIST". We want to cancel subscription with SolutionReach and this is a money maker feature that Weave currently does not provide

Our office is waiting for mass-texting to be available. Being able to text many patients at once would be extremely beneficial to our practice!

We would love if we could send a mass text to all the patients showing on the past due recall list that WEAVE has generated. We can currently add these patients individually to the quickfill list and text them one at a time but it would be such a help if we could send on text when we want to fill the schedule.

The marketing campaign option is a start, but doesn't allow you to see who the mass email is going to and don't feel comfortable sending a blind mass email. Need option to view, sort, filter prior to sending out mass email.

Having this ability is key. Just like Mass emails, even if we have to export a .csv file and do it on the weave website, we really need this. ASAP

We need a solution to better text multiple clients (up to 300+). The current solution given to me is to use quick lists. However, it is more of a work around and is not optimized to easily text our whole client body.
An idea could be to enable us to create groups. We would create multiple groups of 10 clients so as to comply with "mass texting" codes. From there, we could easily copy and paste our messages and send across groups. While this is may not be the most efficient, it would make it much easier for us than using "quick lists".

1. Please figure out a way to be able to text the entire patient database at once similar to other text reminder software programs out currently.
2. Enable it so that I can run a report from the entire database of patients at once and select out certain ones with a simple click- rather than having to go through each patient on the list. -

The COVID-19 pandemic was a perfect example of how important sending a mass text to an entire patient database is. Your competition can, you need to add this feature. It's time.

During this whole COVID-19 thing, I'm wishing we had a way to send out an email newsletter to patients. We had that with SolutionReach and I really miss having that ability. Is this something that is in the works?

I wanted to be able to send out a text or email to all of our active patients letting them know what we are doing regarding the current coronavirus situation. That is not an option, so I was going to create an email "marketing" campaign to get our message out instead. I have my message all typed and ready to send, but for some reason I am required to include an image as well. I followed the prompts and uploaded an image, it says it uploaded successfully, but the image disappears and doesn't actually show up. That being the case, I can never move forward to preview and actually send the email. In conclusion, being able to send a message easily to all of our patients should be possible yet it is not. That is a problem that needs to be addressed asap.

We would like the ability to e-mail and text our entire practice. We used to have Solution Reach and that was one of the best features. Along with being able to schedule on line. Are any of these going to be included in the next update?

We would like to see an option to mass text Overdue Recare patients in the near furture. That way it is not so time consuming to text each one.
