Our office would love to be a beta tester for this too!! Any word on when it will be available? It is November 2020!

This is likely the top need for our office. I would add that this is needed for faxes as well. Our office receives around 60 faxes per day. The ability to have departments for messages or texts is crucial. Message replies could easily be routed to the original, or most recent, staff member. For faxes, the ability to have folders for different departments, where the first person to touch the fax could place it, would be one solution.
I would love to be a beta-tester for grouping or routing of messages and faxes. Let me know if that is needed.

I cant ever find the person i was speaking too. One person seems to have to handle the brunt of the messages. It would cut back on time spent looking through the messages.

It is hard to find the last conversation you were on bc you have to sift through so many text messages.

Yes! The doctors HATE that they have to sift through all the texts to get to their conversation!
