Weave is connected with our Website so that patients can request appointments. It's becoming a nightmare that unfortunately, I don't know who to connect with to get it rectified. It seems to be showing days that we're closed as well as times that are not available at all and we're having to deal with angry patients. I'd love to get some help on this issue but I have no idea who to talk to since you don't give phone numbers. Help please?

I have the same issue. Nobody at weave has been able to make any progress on this in order for the feature to function as it is advertised. My online scheduling for Weave linked to Eaglesoft behaves like a non-integrated platform and doesn't give me the options visible for an integrated platform as shown on weavehelp https://www.weavehelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/13873803040923-Set-Up-Online-Scheduling
