Form notifications
It would be great to get a notification when a Form has been completed.

We need an alert for when we get new paperwork. Paperwork would be easier to read if it was lined.

With mConsent they sent an email each time a patient submitted paperwork, it would be nice to receive a notification. When forms are saved through Eaglesoft they are submitted under "personal identification" instead of "medical histories" so the icon for paperwork needed doesn't get changed through eaglesoft 20.10

You constantly have to check to see if a form has been submitted from a patient. It would be great if the system automatically notified you that a form had been submitted.

Office would also like to be able to see patients' forms from the Desktop App. So staff can quickly see who has completed or still needs to complete their forms.

Quick feature request--notification system for Weave forms--preferably an email that notifies us when a new form is filled out!

When a patient completes a form, if we could get a notification like they do for texts and the fax or an email to inform us. There is no way of knowing its been completed unless we check the weave form website or our smart docs.

I wish there were notification (emails) sent when patient completed their digital forms. I also think that having to save them, rename them, and upload them into Dentrix is an extreme amount of work and time that I am sure most offices do not have. It would be nice is the forms were uploaded as one and then went directly into the Dentrix document center.

When we receive a form from patients, we do not get notified at all there is a new form. I would like an email or reminder like the texts to pop up so I know exactly when we get a form sent back to us. Also I was told your forms do not go into the smart doc, on Eaglesoft, directly but they do which is great however the ID name shows up and I would like it so be the form name. Are these changes possible?

Hello, it would be really helpful for us to receive a notification when a patient completes an online form. The way it is currently we have to go check the form page regularly

It would be great if we would get a notification whenever a patient completes their intake packet. Mconsent would email us when they finished.

When in the forms dashboard, it would be great to have a filter for completed and not completed.

Recently started using Weave Forms, would love to see a difference (maybe color) after a form has been viewed. We have to print ours and enter them by hand, it does not fully integrate with our software at this time. It is difficult to know if another staff member has already viewed/printed the submitted forms.

We are new to the online forms being text to patients to fill out. I would like to see an option of us getting notified once the patient has completed the form that way we can keep track and keep them updated. Without this feature there is no good way to keep track of this. Thanks for listening!

I would like the COVID forms to be accessible from the Weave desktop app - it is very cumbersome for the front desk staff to go to the admin portal just to access these forms - I want my staff to just know about the weave desktop app and the mobile app - there is no reason I should show them anything about the admin portal - everything the staff needs to access needs to be in the desktop app - not the admin portal - that is for admins - not employees to access for any reason. These forms need to be accessed on every patient - thus i am sending my non admin staff to the admin portal right now to access them - please put these forms in the desktop app. Thanks
