  2. Text Connect

    Hello,
    There is no where in the weave training and set up that text connect is not working for a multi office location. We paid our website provider to add text connect to our website and now today we find out it doesn't work for a multi location account. Please get this up and running. We think this feature is important and would be a great addition to our website.

  3. Birthday List

    I need the birthday list to highlight the name I'm on and stay there between calls so I don't loose my place. It scrolls back to the top of the alphabetized list after each patient I help and then I have to scroll through the entire list again.

  4. Remove the option to select the number to text

    With the new update when you clock the messasge icon to text a patient you now have to select which number to text, home or cell and I think it just adds steps to the process as you can realistically only "text" a mobile number.

  5. Appointment confirmation texts with questions

    Appointment confirmation texts – when patients respond 'yes' to confirm their appointment, their text message gets archived into the ALL folder rather than actionable, which is great. BUT if they type 'yes' and add a question, the message also goes into ALL and we miss the question. If the patient types a “?” it should be coded to directly go to actionable.

  6. Issues with Notifications

    We are small practice and use Revolution EHR--this isn't an idea so much as it is a complaint. Whenever we click "received" it sometimes will not notify the patient by text that their glasses are ready. It's very annoying. It's just me in our optical and I don't have time to go back and make sure that all the "Received" orders have been notified.

  9. Notification for when appointment reminders stop sending

    A notification is sent to the admin's email or on the weave app alerting the office that their appointment reminders have stopped going out. I was chatting with a multi-office and they mentioned that their appointment reminder had stopped going out and they didn't realize it for like a week which caused a lot of their patients to not show up for their appointments. If they had been alerted then they could have called support to fix it and had fewer no-shows.

  10. Medication reminders

    Automated texts to remind patients to take their medicine. The doctor can set up how often the reminder goes out and can say what the medicine is and how many pills they should be taking.

  11. Enable ability to control Save the Date send time windows

    Similar to this request that is already closed and can't be voted on - https://feedback.getweave.com/forums/310747-desktop-app/suggestions/43602021-save-the-date-reminders-send-too-early-in-am

    We just had enabled save the date reminder SMS, and had multiple new patients who scheduled an appointment on Saturday and received reminders at 6:30am on Sunday morning.

    This feature is basically unusable until similar functionality around earliest send-time is added like you have on regular SMS.

  12. "RECALL REMINDERS" DO NOT PULL THE CORRECT DATES IN DAYSMARTVET!

    We were told that we would be able to send text reminders for our patients due for wellness exams, vaccines, preventions etc. All of our inventory items that fall under these categories were integrated into the "recall reminder" section. We realized after awhile that people weren't receiving text messages for the approaching due dates on these types of things for their animals. After months and months of working with Weave and Daysmart to figure out the problem, Weave finally found that it was pulling "expiration dates" of vaccines and not pulling "due dates" for each specific patient.   13. Text Messaging Templates Drag&Drop "Department"

    Have the ability to have a Drag & Drop for the "Department" in which you selected after you selected the patient into a template message so that the correct department is reflective with in the message. This would allow a message to be created that could serve more than a single department.

  14. Offices would like clear guidelines on what constitutes as confirmations and cancels to be posted on Weave Academy

    I have an office who is having issues with confirmation writebacks and writeback cancellations. They have been trying to find the proper guidelines for confirmation writebacks because patients reply with a string of sentences and it doesn't writeback properly. They request that a clear list of what can be sent and confirmed or cancelled for appointments be posted on Weave Academy.

  16. automatically tag all responses to certain notifications to a specific staff member

    It would be helpful if there was a way to automatically tag a response to a notification to our patients. For example, an automatic text notification goes out to a patient letting them know that their contact lenses are ready to be picked up. We already have it set up so that the notification asks the patient to respond with "C" when they receive it. Is there a way to make that "C" response be automatically tagged to a certain staff member so he doesn't have to sift through all of the responses to see which patients have been notified?

  17. Move Bday notifications to the ALL tab rather than actionable

    Our bday text messages fill up our actionable texts daily and I think it would be a better use of our time to have it appear in the "all" tab rather than "actionable". If a patient responds to it then it appears in the Actionable anyway and then we can send them some birthday emojis!! :o)

  19. Sync all history from Weave to Cornerstone once client profile is made

    We need Weave to attach to the client profile the calls and texts made prior to the client being set up in Cornerstone. For example:

    The client history has the first text at 4:35 p.m. but it was actually at 12:51 p.m. so it's not attaching previous texts and calls to the client history. Her first call to the clinic was at 12:30 p.m. I know that I can scroll back through her messages or as an admin go to the portal to look at call history. But this is not efficient for the staff.     I spoke with Weave and Revolutionehr regarding the ability to use the
    Save the Date Reminder Feature with Weave.
