Team Chat Analytics
Looking for analytics on Team Chat messages. There's currently no way to monitor communication between team members for appropriateness or excessiveness.

Weaveneeds to import the chat info. from the texts into the commlog/chart automatically.. this extra step to go select each is awful!
Weave needs to import the chat convo/info. from the texts into the commlog/chart automatically.. this extra step to go select each is awful and way too clunky and cumbersome for the ease of this app. It leaves o too many opportunities open for missed info and missed records.

Chat feature
Would love it if the chat was better for in office communication - didn't mix with the pateint messages and showed up right away so we can see what is happening without having to click on it.

Team Chat - Actionable- Patient Tag
I love the actionable option through messaging. It is nice to see that someone has read it, but also knowing it hasn't been completed yet. I would LOVE to have that option also under team chat, because sometimes a task is given and can get lost in the whole chat. I also, can support the message on Patients being tagged in team chat as well. It would be even great if you could click on the patient tag and have their info pop up from the team chat conversation.

AI Chat bot integration
I recently starting working with marketing company that helps you with google SEO, and they have a AI chatbot that is basically powered by google, which I think would be an incredible integration for weave, specially for after hours, it seems pretty simple and straight forward to use.

See users that are logged in
It would be a lot more efficient if we could send messages to users that are logged in. I have 50 co-workers across 2 locations and being able to see who is logged in with be awesome!

Weave chat should not disconnect when searching help pages
Support chat always disconnects if I try using Weave help in the background. Please fix!

Doctor Call Button
It would be nice to have a part of the app to call the Dr. to the next room needed, and keep that order for multiple requests. It would help to know quickly which room to go to for the next patient.

Dismiss vs Ignore Chat Options
Add a 3rd option to dismiss messages you've read without opening to view. Would be useful for the quick yes/no answers.

In the team chat, it would be great if there was a way to flag or mark messages to show the rest of the team that another team member has it
In team chat, in would be great if there was a way to indicate that someone else is taking care of a particular message, such as, marking or flagging that particular message.

Please provide administrative access to view all instant messages between users
Please provide administrative access to view all instant messages between users. Maybe a default "blind copy" on every instant message sent...? Or access to search all instant messages sent/received by a specific user.

Team Chat: Improve Formatting
Instead of having run on sentences, the chat should allow us to add spacing and paragraphs like you can in text messaging and other chat services. This is pretty standard across chats so I am hoping it would be an easy fix :)

Multi-Location Chats
We have 5 locations and MANY of our employees work in multiple locations. It would be much easier when I am trying to send a chat message to John Doe, if all of my locations were linked so that regardless where John Doe is working he will see my message. Currently I have to change the location and try to figure out where he is logged in for the day and the keep myself logged in to that location until I get a response from him. Meanwhile, I may be missing chat messages from team members in the location I…

Dr Queue
It would be nice if there was a feature to inform the doctor who is waiting for the doctor and in what order. Just one box with the next place to go immediately obvious.

Messenger App
I was informed by our IT company that Dentrix/Henry Schein aka the Evil Empire is going to no longer support their in app Dental Link messenger. Please consider offering a way using your messenger on workstations that don't have phones associated with them. Thank you!

Share Fax in Team Chat
tag a fax to our team group chat so our group can start work on that asap. if i save to folder it tends to create more work cause they will forget to even open that folder.

Weave Support Chat
I am NOT a fan of the new Weave chat. I would much prefer to wait for someone in a que. I understand typing in a topic so the issue can be sorted but the automated portion is not helpful and a waste of my time as a client.
