  1. Request Received Text Template reverts back to original message

    Multiple times our personalized Request Received Text template for Online Scheduling has been written over with the original Weave message with no warning. Why?

  2. Allow Chrome Autofill for Online Scheduling

    After complaints from patients about the inability to schedule an appt, we realized that if you use Chrome Autofill to complete the Appt Request, Weave doesn't recognize that those fields are filled in, so patients can't submit. There is no way for us to alert patients that they must type all info and not use Autofill except to add a custom field which would put it at the bottom and patients wouldn't see it until AFTER they've already completed the form. Our workaround is we modified the First Name text to add Type do not use Autofill. If Weave can't…

  3. Online Scheduling - Provider Name in Text Template

    Online Scheduling - when the patient chooses an appointment type and proceeds to select a provider, they have the option for "No Preference" to view the entire clinic's available appointments. When they eventually pick a time, Weave does not tell them which provider they are scheduled with.
    Weave does not allow us to customize the Request Received Template or Confirmation Template with the provider "widget".

  4. Online Scheduling - show year

    Weave Online Scheduling - preappointments

    Patient pre-appointed for one year in advance. When the scheduling request came through on Weave, the year was not indicated on the request (only month and date). Please add enhancement to show the year on scheduling requests.

  5. Adding notes to appointment requests

    It would be nice to be able to add notes on appt requests to see where we are at in the process. Ie: If unable to get ahold of the owner, owner was contacted, etc.

  6. Appoinment request required times

    The feature to require patients to select a minimum number of appointment times is no longer active. So we have had multiple times when a patient has requested a specific time an it is no longer available. We then have to contact the patient to schedule a different day or time. Not having that feature is causing our staff to contact patients to schedule different days and/or times. It needs to be reinstated so we are not spending time on tasks that were taken care of in the past before it was updated.

  9. Online scheduling to match actual availability

    We utilize EMA by Modernizing Medicine currently and Klara for our online scheduling. The availability is synced up with EMA so our actual openings show online. If the appointment gets filled by our staff it removes the opening from Klara online when a person tries to schedule.

  10. Online Scheduler mobile TERRIBLE

    Our scheduler on the mobile app has not been working for MONTHS. It’s been moved up to a tier 2 and still nothing. This is beyond ridiculous now. It won’t let us approve requests so we have to do all schedule requests manually. This is making things so difficult. WHO IS IN CHARGE OF CODING? Perhaps, there needs to be someone else doing the developing.

    It would be great to be able to do scheduling through Weave and have a schedule we could block of existing appointments. For those who aren't integrated - or even at least block off times since schedules change week to week for all providers. Every other Saturday, etc.

  12. Online Scheduling continues to be Broken / Not As Advertised for Eaglesoft

    11 Months after signing on with Weave... one of the key features we bought into Weave for is still not functioning. Staff at Weave would rather not help anybody or put any effort into making sure clients are getting the features they paid for. Without reading the appointment availability in my practice, this feature is useless. It still cannot see the openings in my schedule using my "compatible" practice management system Eaglesoft and continues to give patients the ability to request any time they want without blocking out times that are already reserved by others.

  13. Stop requiring the schedule request to be linked to a patient

    This has never happened up until today. Please go back to the old way of not needing to be linked to a patient in order to send a message to a patient confirming their appointment request. We get a lot of new patients this way and we do not add them into our system until after they are seen in the office. I have never had to add them until today.

  14. Scheduling online currently does not work for iphones

    I do not like the new version of the online booking site. It is very hard to see on a phone and that is how a majority of the patients are booking. When I try to make a new appointment on my iphone i get an error when I click anywhere on the calendar. We have tested this with multiple iphones. We are losing patients everyday due to this.     Have an option for clinics to put a note that if they are a new client, to call rather than fill out online request. We require deposits and detailed information for new clients and end up having to call them anyways.

  18. Appointment time quote

    Remove appointment time quote when booking appointment online. We don't need it to say "Appointment should take about 30 minutes" etc. Or change it so it doesn't specifically book that amount of time out on Officemate.
