  2. Offices would like clear guidelines on what constitutes as confirmations and cancels to be posted on Weave Academy

    I have an office who is having issues with confirmation writebacks and writeback cancellations. They have been trying to find the proper guidelines for confirmation writebacks because patients reply with a string of sentences and it doesn't writeback properly. They request that a clear list of what can be sent and confirmed or cancelled for appointments be posted on Weave Academy.

  3. Sending PDFs through text and email

    We can not send PDF's to our clients through text messaging..only images of pictures we take. Please make the text messaging capable of sending PDF documents.
    We can not send attachments with emails. For us, this defeats the purpose of sending an email. Please allow for PDFs to be attached to an email.

  4. Text Preview time is accurate

    Text Preview should be accurate -
    When setting a reminder or recall with text - it should not default to 10 days it should say 6 months or 1 year or what the time frame is

  5. Recall SMS Feature

    At this point, recall reminders are available to set based on last "recall appointment" which is very general to use in most general dental offices for hygiene recall.
    But we are Orthodontic specialist office, and we have few different type of recalls by patient's age and status. It will be very useful if recall can be also set by patient's status type.

  6. Download photos to jpg file

    Any photos that are sent via text can only be downloaded as a png file. Eaglesoft does not recognize that file. I would like the option to change the file to either a jpg or pdf when downloading. Thank you!

  7. automatically tag all responses to certain notifications to a specific staff member

    It would be helpful if there was a way to automatically tag a response to a notification to our patients. For example, an automatic text notification goes out to a patient letting them know that their contact lenses are ready to be picked up. We already have it set up so that the notification asks the patient to respond with "C" when they receive it. Is there a way to make that "C" response be automatically tagged to a certain staff member so he doesn't have to sift through all of the responses to see which patients have been notified?

  10. We need to be able to text a filtered group of patients-Solution Reach offered this-we used it to fill same day cancellations and need this!

    This is a necessary option for communicating with a specific group of people on an urgent matter such as filling our schedule. I can't believe this is not an option. This is really necessary in an environment where most offices are running with limited staff, we would be able to fill any empty appointments in a few minutes by sending a group text to recall patients stating we have an opening at such and such time today and asking them to respond to the text-our patients appreciated it

  12. Fix pop up window so we can see all the message, or resize it.

    Fix your software. The message pop ups cannot be resized and right now I cannot respond to patients because only have the chat window shows up. Your support has no idea how to resolve this and recommended we send you some feedback about it.

  13. Move Bday notifications to the ALL tab rather than actionable

    Our bday text messages fill up our actionable texts daily and I think it would be a better use of our time to have it appear in the "all" tab rather than "actionable". If a patient responds to it then it appears in the Actionable anyway and then we can send them some birthday emojis!! :o)

  15. Sync all history from Weave to Cornerstone once client profile is made

    We need Weave to attach to the client profile the calls and texts made prior to the client being set up in Cornerstone. For example:

    The client history has the first text at 4:35 p.m. but it was actually at 12:51 p.m. so it's not attaching previous texts and calls to the client history. Her first call to the clinic was at 12:30 p.m. I know that I can scroll back through her messages or as an admin go to the portal to look at call history. But this is not efficient for the staff.   16. Trap and log messaging errors

    Log messaging errors and allow admins (us) to see them. We have two patients whose recall messages did not go out when other patients did on the same day. Tech support said they have no way to debug this as there are no error logs and that sometimes messages are missed.

    Group texting. We would be using it internally to communicate with our doctors who are on the road and have bad reception. A text makes it to them but chat may not.

  19. MOBILE VS DESKTOP

    Would be nice if the desktop and the mobile app had the same capabilities. You can see who you are sending a bulk message to and can click the patients the that you want to exclude on the mobile app but not on the desktop. You can create message templates on the desktop but not on the mobile app.

  20. text allowing for notification of 2 separate appointments on the same day.

    On the reminder texts that go out. We need a template for a single patient to be notified of two separate appointments in the same day in one text. e.g. John Smith has an appointment at 9:00 am and 3:30 pm on June 11th. Thank you!
