  1. Dentix Integration and Terminal Uploads Lag Time

    We need Weave to integrate into Dentix from the payment terminal. It is to cumbersom and our office is to busy. As well, the payment information from patients who pay from the terminal takes to long to load into the weave system. The patients who want paper receipts end up receiving them via mail because it takes to long to wait for the info to populate into weave to be able to print.

  2. Integrate with AdvancedMD

    Please work on having Weave integrate with AdvancedMD so I can get rid of my current Merchant Service that is charging me 2% MORE per transaction than Weave does. Thank you!

  3. Danielle Del Presto Keep it Simple

    1. I would like for my desk top app to go full screen.
    2. I would like to see my name instead of call answered by unknown.
    3. I would like voicemail to be sorted by date or be able to select a sort feature myself.
    4. If using phone app it scrolls allover the place and I'm at the bottom and it brings me back to top.
    5. I have helped and been a tester for CRYSTAL PM since 2012 - I have been working for years with technology.

  5. 1 Click phone call through Dentrix

    I call a lot of patients each week(200+) and to be able to click 1 button in Dentrix that calls the patient from my phone would be life changing. It would save me so much time and frustration dialing number after number after number. I would like for it to be as simple as clicking their telephone number in Dentrix and have it instantly go through on my phone, like a hyperlink.   6. OpenDental API and Database Integrity

    Starting in version 21.4 of OpenDental, 3rd party vendors will not be allowed to write directly to OpenDental Databases.

    Transition Timeline:
    We need to give you time to transition to the API. Here's a rough idea of how that transition will work. Version 21.4 will be released approx 12/2021. Users will start to see small notifications in various screens indicating data being changed by third parties.   7. Eyewear Notifications - auto switch from "Received" to "Notified"

    With Eyewear reminders: When Weave sees a "Received" status and sends a text, it would be helpful to have Weave then mark the order as "Notified" in the practice management software (similar to the mark "Confirmed" function in the appointment reminders.
    As of now when an order is marked as "Received" a text may go out, but there isn't an easy way for staff to see if they need to make a subsequent phone call.

  8. Symplast Integration & Copy/Paste Feature

    Hi - our office is in desperate need to add a copy-paste feature into Weave. Can we have the developers take a look into this and possibly create this feature for the desktop app and the mobile app as well.

    We are also working with Symplast - our Patient Management Software (PMS) and they have sent out to Weave a porting request (I believe) to integrate Weave's application into their application. They are ready to go and have your services work with theirs but they have been waiting on you for a couple months.

  9. Auto-Confirmations Date/Time Stamp with Copy of Message in Patient Chart Notes

    Would it be possible for appointment confirmations in Weave to write back an entry in the patient chart on OpenDental with a date/time stamp? For example, when Jon Smith confirms his appointment, it will change from unconfirmed to confirmed in the schedule. We would like it to also document the date/time with a copy of the message in the OpenDental patient chart notes. When we use OpenDental's auto-confirmation module, it does this for us already and makes it easier to track. Please let us know if this is possible. Thank you so much!

    Hi, I have a few ideas:
    -We have an in house membership plan...can you please include that as a type of insurance so that it shows up in the patients' profile?
    -Is there a way that communication can be tracked or documented automatically into our software management program (Eaglesoft)?

  11. New Patients who are not active in Dentrix

    Weave needs to be able to integrate more with Dentrix in order to recognize New Patients that are in the schedule but not activated in our system. Meaning we should be able to send the new patient forms digitally or have confirmation texts and emails sent like any other patient. We came to Weave from Lighthouse. Lighthouse was able to recognize and send New Patients appointment reminds even if they were not active in the system. We are not allowed to create new patients charts until they actually show up in office for their appointments. Please make this happen as…

  12. Integration with Impromed - Phone Numbers

    Within Impromed software, the integration is pulling the phone numbers from the Patient File versus the Client File. This ends up with sometimes pulling the wrong number to text and then the integration is no longer useful for this feature.

  13. Filtering patients by using User Codes

    We would like the capability to send a message out to remind our patient's that have to take an antibiotic before their dental appointments a reminder. In order to do so we need the capability to filter out these patients. These patients are in softdent with a user code of "P".     I have been using Weave for many years now but it does not integrate with my EHR, My Vision Express. I was told initially that Weave was working on getting integrated but it has not happened. Can you please work on getting integrated with My Vision Express?

  17. AVIMark Integration Improvements

    I was just on a call to get my integration set up along with all the appt and recall reminders and online scheduling. After seeing the exacts, I am not able to move forward.. My current reminders/recalls/scheduling is fully integrated and even though the platform isn't as user friendly for me, it is better for my clients. Sending clients a "you are due for an appointment please schedule" but not being able to tell them what all they are due for to schedule it accordingly without sending 6+ text messages/emails is not ideal.   19. Compulink Integration using wrong Patient ID

    When interfacing with Compulink software, the patient ID should be the patient account number, not the patient EHR number. You cannot perform a patient search using the EHR number. It is actually very difficult to find the patient EHR number as it is only accessible in the EXAM screen.

  20. Check In Kiosk

    A check in kiosk that integrates with our practice management software (Eyefinity EPM). This would help stream line the check in process to ensure accurate data entry for patients accounts and ability for them to sign required consent forms with visits.
