More Efficient
When we use lists to do recall texts, there are several things that are frustrating. 1- If I text someone that they are past due for their cleaning, it will shoot me back up to the top of the entire list and no longer have the filter listings I had in place. 2- The filters are not always accurate so I still have to investigate if they are truly past due. If I have a filter that I only want prophy, I still get a mix of srp, new patients, etc.
It would be so awesome if the recall usage…

Sync up the ASAP list from Dentrix to the Quick Fill appointments
Dentrix has an ASAP list we can look at to do last minute appointment fill. Can you sync up your Quick fill list from Dentrix?

Print lists
A way to print of any of the lists in the desktop software. That would be amazing, please.

Overdue patient filtering
Please allow filtering of the overdue patient list by location and patient status. We have a long list of patients from both offices merged into one and some have rejected treatment, or are not in active treatment. If we could filter patient status, we would more easily work through the list without having to look up each and every chart.

Custom List option
There should be an option to create more than the preset lists on Weave. Specifically to have one "quick fill" list that is for hygiene only and an additional "quick fill" for the dentist treatment.

Quick Fill
I wish that you were able to send a message directly from the quick fill list. It only gives you the option to call.

Overdue Patient List FILTERS - FIX PLEASE!!!
Please make the filters on the overdue patient list save-able!!! It is tedious and a waste of time to have to re-select the recall types EVERY SINGLE TIME. Please fix this!

Would like the ability to create follow up list for per user.

notes section in follow-ups
In the lists, follow up section, please add a section for us to take notes about that follow-up that will not be seen by the patient. As it is currently set up, the "message" will be sent to the patient if texting is chosen. We may want to be able to take notes about what we need to talk with the patient about, and the "message" section is not appropriate for that, as it can be inadvertently sent to the patient.

Quickfill list automatically remove scheduled patient
It would be nice if patients would automatically be removed from the Quickfill List if they have an appointment scheduled/confirmed after they are added to the list.

Fix over due patient list
We used to be able to work the over due patient lists and after looking at a text thread or sending a text we could click "back" and it would go back to the list that we were working on. Now when we click "back" it takes us all the way back to the "actionable" text message list. Then we have to go home and back to the lists and the one we were working on. It seems very inefficient and I wish it would go back to the way it was.

Completed Follow up Sort order latest to oldest
Competed follow ups should be sorted latest first. Right now I have to scroll through hundreds to see what was recently completed

Quick Fill
When someone is on the "sooner if available" list in Eaglesoft it would be great if they would automatically merge onto the Quick Fill list on Weave. Thanks : )

Have quick fill options available for overdue patients
We would like the option to be able to add available appointment times to overdue patient messages and the ability in the template to add openings as in quick fill. This way, in addition to our quick fill list, we could reach out with openings to patients on our overdue list.

It would be great if we could import the ASAP list from dentrix directly into weave lists. This would be great as we wouldn't have to do double work when trying to fill empty appointment slots

Add option to add patients from overdue list to quick list
It would help office productivity if there was a checkbox or option to add patients from the overdue list under list icon to Quick List for quicker choosing and contacting when cancellations occur and appointment slots open. Currently you would have to manually add each individual to have an useful quick list.

Provide more data in overdue lists such as which pet overdue for what so you can better use the phone, text, and email buttons.
In an overdue list, when you click on the gray circle with the clients initials, why can't the same information come up that comes up in a client profile? Currently, only the date of the overdue service appears, but we can't call, text, or email the client if we don't know which pet and which service is overdue. We have to back out of the list (twice) and then reenter the client profile through the customer list to find out which pet is due for which service. But then there is no way to phone, text or email from that…

Save Filters on Overdue Patients List
It would be SO helpful and time-saving if you could save the filter settings for the overdue patients list. We only want to check patients who are overdue for cleaning, but the list includes all xrays and you have to manually and individually select each option EVERY SINGLE time you open the list, even when you're just coming back from texting an overdue patient from that list.
