Would be great to be able to send and receive pictures through text messages.

Hi, we recommend the ability to be able to send and receive photos via text. (Insurance cards, lengthy medication lists, etc.). This would make things very easy for medical offices!

Can you please create an option that allows us to send our patients images and videos to assist in our relationship marketing campaign? i.e. We want to send personal followup videos to check up with our patients after a major surgery. Or another example is a birthday meme custom for our patients. 2019 is heading towards a world of video and visual content so we really want to stay current with the times. If you could include language that requests them to take a selfie and send a pic to the office of a new smile or new eyewear that we could legally use in social media and advertising, that would be KILLER!

Option for Pt to send pics

We would like to be able to send images with text. For example, an image with our logo with a caption asking the patient how their experience was or something to that effect.

It would be very useful to have Weave be able to receive picture texts. I don’t want to give an alternate personal cell # to patients for this purpose.

I would love it if we could accept picture messages through Weave.

I would love to beable to have photo for the texting. It is really useful to talk patients through emergencies and preventing many office visits because we can correct the issue over the phone

Receiving picture messages

We've had several patients who have sent us a picture by text and we have no idea they've even sent one!! It would be great to be able to send and receive pictures through text!

It would be so awesome if photos could be sent in text messages! Often our patients will send a photo of a broken tooth, or area of concern via text and they think we've received their message when we haven't - they get no kickback message that their photo/text message failed to deliver.
