Make it so patient's can send us pictures because our patient's frequently try to send us pictures of their insurance cards.

hi! please please add the feature of being able to get photos in the text. It will build patient loyalty, establish stronger bonds between patients and a dental practice. it can allow us to send personalized greetings for their birthday and holidays - we would send a picture of our office staff saying hi instead of just a text. and many more reasons. thank you for your consideration!

Would be nice to be able to receive and possibly send picture texts to patients. Many times patients try to send us pictures of their insurance cards to verify their coverage for their appt. It's no big deal if not, we usually have to text them back after they try to send one and tell them to email it.

Getting the ability to send and receive pics would be great but I think sometimes patients don't realize that weave is not like their normal texting app... and send pics over weave text. Atleast the pic message should be kicked back so they know!

Currently, we direct our patient to send picture texts (insurance card pics, teeth..etc) to an alternate cell number. Receiving them on the same conversation on the weave text feature would be super beneficial. Please consider working on this.

We would love to be able to send out a link/ photo attached to our confirmation text. Exp. We are doing a toy drive for christmas and are asking our patients to bring in toys. We have a flyer that we are sending to all patients. It would be perfect if we could attach this to the messages.

Please make it so our patients can send us pictures via text message. They respond to the confirmation email and try to send us their insurance card and it doesn't work.

We have had a lot of patients that want to be able to text us there insurance card or something of that nature. So we would love to be able to receive images via text.

Idea: Ability to send and receive patient text photos. Many of our patients live out of state/country, and this would be great so we can have a way to visually track patient progress without having to book them in for a "look-see".

What about being able to visualize pictures? Patients can send pic's of their insurance cards or any other pertinet info.
