  2. Use Office # for OTP verifications.

    We used to be able to use our office number for OTP verifications. It was super convenient. It made it easy for us to use 2 step authorization for business accounts without needing to use our personal numbers. It has stopped working. Your tech tells me it just doesn't work. We would like to use it again.

    Good morning. This morning I noticed my Weave box has a vertical and horizontal scroll bar. Is there anyway to just make the weave box bigger so I can get the scroll bars out of the way?

  4. Forwarding weave messages

    Hi, my name is Mary and I am the front desk scheduler with Precision Eye Care. I recently updated to messages 2.0 with one of your representatives, and have been looking forward to the new tagging feature. I was anticipating it would be similar to forwarding messages by tagging them with team members. I am responsible for going through and responding to all the Weave messages.     I would like there to be an option for automated appointment confirmation texts to include the length of the appointment, not just the start time. Many patients forget that part.

    Our office uses quick fill but we only offer one time slot at a time. Can we get rid of the numbering system? It looks odd that there is a 1. in the middle of our message

  8. Unique Text Message Capability

    Our office issues unique phone numbers to many office staff, so it would be nice if we can have both calling and texting to that phone number instead of just calling, as it is confusing to patients that they can call one phone number, but text a different phone number.

  9. Automated appointment reminders

    When a patient cancels an appointment within the time frame that an automated appointment reminder is to go out is there a way for that reminder to be stopped. For example: patient had an appointment on 11/14/24. Patient called on 11/13/24 to cancel that appointment and reschedule to another day. Patient received an text message on the morning of 11/14/24 to remind them of that appointment that was already canceled. This confuses patients and becomes an issue.

  10. bulk message

    the reason why bulk message is useful is for office to fill a LAST MIN. cancelled appointment but if we are unable to send right away, but need to schedule the bulk message to 1 hr later, it is not as useful. pleae allow offices to send bulk message right away with a click instead of schedule the bulk message for 30 min to 1 hr later. thanks.

  11. Delete conversation history

    I would love the ability to delete an entire conversation history (as a restricted feature). Sometimes conversations grow too long & load slowly. We use Weave with Greetly to receive text message check-ins and that conversation thread often refuses to load because of the number of messages in the history.

  12. Dynamic Text (SMS) Translations

    It would be really great if Weave offered dynamic text translation. We have numerous customers who are Spanish speakers for example. In our clinic we have Spanish speaking doctors but but our staff is not all bi-lingual and it would be great to set the patients language preference in their profile and allow us to type messages in english and have them output in Spanish. I have to imagine there are api's to google translate to do this pretty easily.

  13. Unarchive option

    There is an option to archive text messages but no option to undo that. That option exists for faxes but not texts. Also there is no "are you sure" when you click to archive texts and it's next to the tag option so could lead to future issues. Thanks

  14. SMS Override Features

    When I am closed for the weekend or on vacation, we instruct patients to call our "Emergency Line" weave number which is always configured to forward calls to my cell. That allows for me to keep my actual cell number private. However, patients now desire to text my "Emergency" line.

    1. Since Weave controls the SMS and phone feature of the number. Weave should be able to accept SMS messages and provide a notification to a predefined phone number or email address that a text has been sent similar to how the voicemail notifications work. Even better if Weave can forward…

  15. Bulk messaging dynamic field addition

    Add Date/Time as a dynamic field in bulk messaging. This would allow our practice which is not integrated and therefore unable to use automated appt reminders, to dump a CSV file for each days appts and send appt reminders that way.

  16. BETA: Add "COMPLETED" on read text messages

    There has to be a way to change the orange bubble as "completed" because not all read messages needs a response.

    For example, if a patient texts a question and we were able to answer that question through call, then there's no need to respond via text. Another example is if a patient texts "thank you" after we said thank you to close the conversation, it shouldn't be marked as "need for response".

    Save the date auto reminders, should have a filter to skip the 2nd appoinment message if shceudled the same date. If scheduling a patient for multiple appointments on the same date, patient is receivig multiple text times instead of the first one only

    We would like to be able to schedule for a text thread to pop back up at a certain date to remind us to reach out to owner. I like that we can schedule for a message to go out but if I don't know what to put on the scheduled message at that time, I would like to be able to have it pop up so I can come up with what to tell them before it's sent to them.     We would like to be able to communicate with other team members in the text thread instead of using team chat. An example would be how Heymaket will let you @team member and type a message that will alert them that they were tagged in a thread and can communicate on the text thread with other team members.

  20. Easily identify messages coming from Text Connect

    Can you please add a filter of some sort or search capability to identify those texts from non-patients that come in via Text Connect?

    A Weave support rep suggested we could easily find ALL Text Connect texts if we modify the Text Connect message auto-response templates with a certain phrase that wouldn't typically be used in texting conversations, such as "Thank you for contacting us through our website." He said we could then do a search in the app on that text to find all messages from Text Connect.
