  1. insurance Verification integration for Practice Works

    Please integrate insurance verification of benefits with Practice Works, to go beyond simple yes/no and limit/usage. We are very interested in the automatic translation of information like what % of each code is covered, frequency, etc. into the insurance plan profiles in PW. That’s where this really adds value and saves time. Otherwise we still need to go online to the portal or call to find out this information. This will really differentiate Practice Works (in-house server) from the rest.

  2. CE Credits available

    None of those drop down options work. This is a Weave System suggestion since Doctor CE's are abundant, but NOTHING for Opticians????

    Why do you only offer Doctor Videos for CE credits, even ones created by ABOC personnel? Why are they options for all the Opticians that also could use free CE credits to continue their ABO Certification? It would make us more likely to be engaged in training, that's for sure. We would make time for that.

  3. Patient Survey

    We would like to send patient surveys after patients' appointments for internal use. It will be a 5-10 questionnaire to track and regulate patients' feedback from their recent visits. This will help funnel negative feedback offline - not on a Google or Facebook review. The reviews are being utilized for external views, however, we want an internal way to monitor patient satisfaction. SolutionReach and Birdeye have this capability. We are looking to switch companies if we cannot get this integrated in a timely manner.

  4. Insurance Verifications Write Back Benefits

    It would be extremely helpful for the Verifications to write back the benefit information it populates back into the Patients Chart in Practice Management Software. Even if it was just Maximums, Deductibles and percentages.

  5. Integrate with GOOGLE LEADS!!!

    Integrate weave with Google leads to be able to track the calls, identify the patients who calls so we could have accurate conversion rates. It is not helpful at all to have you as a phone provider and use another service for tracking these call to be able to get these stats. That needs to be ASAP.

  6. pull Eaglesoft SIP list to quick fill

    I am not sure why the quick fill list does not read the Eaglesoft patients marked SIP (sooner if possible). It is extremely redundant to have to manually add patients to the quickfill on desktop app, and then I don't know if the patients in quickfill app are staying current, or being removed after Tx complete.

  11. Appointment Reminder

    Please enable the appointment reminders to auto-fill the location address depending on which office they go to with an "Address" pre-fill button. For example, if a patient has an appointment at office A, if will auto-fill that locations address. If the patient has an appointment at office B, it will auto-fill that address. That way I don't need to create a separate appointment reminder for each location.

  12. E-Prescribe Option

    It would be wonderful if there was an option to integrate or if Weave had it's own version of E-Prescribe for offices. This is a feature that is becoming more highly sought after and because weave doesn't currently offer it we will have to out source.

  13. short cut to crystalPM

    I would like to be able to access crystalPM direclty from weave app. eg. someone calls and I can click on the name and the pts acounts opens automatically in crystalpm. Currently I have to copy paste the acct number or the phone number into crystalpm in order to achieve the same reuslts. Very tedious. thank you

  19. ASAP list & Journal Entry enhancements (Dentrix Users)

    We were considering switching to RecallMax recently because of a couple strong features Weave does not do. Weave won out our decision for a myriad of other reasons, but the features that brought RecallMax to our attention should be heavily considered for development by Weave. Please look at how they post actions taken automatically to Dentrix's journal module (phone calls, etc.). Their ASAP list is phenomenal as to the degree of detail/search to fill an available space. Thanks!
