Overall Feedback - Non Medical Business
FEEDBACK FROM A MOTORSPORTS BUSINESS
(non-health/medical)Do not require account creation simply to give feedback. I had to create a new login to give this feedback (from my Weave Desk app that I am already logged into)...
Window layering for Desktop App - This window won't pop up over other windows like chrome, files, etc... It would be great to be able to have it open over other windows when necessary.
Text Message Popup - It would be nice if this would be movable and able to minimize or something. It would also be great to have an image attachment…

Updated Search Bar Inefficiency
The new search bar only shows two - three results at a time and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to which two patients. I was advised to use the "View More" button. However, if that is working “as designed” its terribly inefficient. When you do click the “view more” button you have to start all over in typing the name you’re looking for – it doesn’t carry over from what you’ve already started. Please update!

Weave Feedback Is Broken
First, the Weave feedback system sucks...you want my feedback to make your system better, so you make me have to login, wait 5 minutes for an email, then see if my idea is already submitted, but all I can see are the subject lines for these other ideas, you click one to read it, and if doesn't apply to my idea I have to back out, but now my idea I've written about is gone and I'm logged out of Weave feedback...yet another completely opposite of genius idea you have put into place! How about you actually make feedback useful…

Debian - Rename / relocate weave binary name.
Tried installing the new desktop app.
Kicks an error as texlive-binaries already has a /usr/bin/weave. Can install by manually choosing location.
Maybe rename the binary /usr/bin/Weave or even a different location altogether (/opt/weave)1 vote -

Please fix the glitches with Team Chat
In the past two weeks, several glitches have surfaced following updates, indicating the code may require a review. Despite the system signaling a message in Team Chat, none are visible until the 'everyone' option is selected, which then displays a new message. At times, Team Chat indicates no new messages, yet attempting to send a message reveals 20 unseen ones.

bug with notifications
When notifications dismiss, an invisible box is left in the corner that blocks other applications. When the area is right clicked the weave menu appears. It can only be closed by restarting weave but the problem starts again when new notifications come up.

Packaging the Weave app as a .msi file for use with Active Directory
For the both the New Weave Experience (NWX) version AND the legacy version of the Weave app, we noticed that the app is currently package as a .exe file. While this is great and that many applications come packaged as such, we in our office's IT department were wondering whether the app could also be packaged as a .msi file?
The primary reason for this request is due to us wanting to distribute software to new and existing systems via Active Directory (AD) Group Policy. Since the app is packaged solely as a .exe file, we are unable to do…

Installing the Weave app in "ProgramFiles" instead of "AppData\Local"
With the recent release of the New Weave Experience (NWX) version of the Weave app, both of us in our office's IT department have noticed that the app is no longer installed in a location like "C:\Program Files" or "C:\Program Files (x86)", but instead in the user's local AppData directory following a path like "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\WeaveX".
Because of this change, this has introduced a few concerning issues:
1) Technically, our users are now able to install the app without prior permission from the IT department as it does not present a Windows User Access Control (UAC) prompt.2) Because of the…

Actionable text are moved to ALL if an auto text is sent out. This causes issues because we never see the actionable response.

Please Fix this Bug "Notifications Disrupted"
At least a few times a day, our desktop app gets a yellow exclamation point in the top left corner, and says "notifications disrupted". In order to make it go away, we have to restart the app. I've contacted support twice, to no avail. If we don't restart the app, we don't get any notifications.

Make the Weave desktop notification window moveable
The Weave desktop notification window always populates in the upper right-hand corner of our screens, where we also need to access other features of our schedule/etc. Since that window stays open on top of our practice software, it would be really nice if we could drag it around and place in other locations rather than being forced to click through "Ignore/Reply" to access some things we need in response to phone calls and texts that come in through that notification.
1 voteThanks for your feedback. You have an option in the Weave desktop app's Notification Settings to change the Popup Location to the bottom right corner. Attached is a screenshot for reference. Please try it out and let us know if it is more convenient. This preference is saved for every user.

time clock in for staff
Have a function time tracking function for staff and allow weave to sync this data to a payroll processor such as Gusto or ADP. I would gladly pay an extra $20-$30 a month for this feature.
