Quick Glance for Sent Appointment reminders
Previously on Weave you could look at the schedule for the next day and see who was notified via text (they had a message bubble next to there name), if you needed to call because they had a landline (had no message bubble), or they opted out of text messaging(had an X in the message bubble). I think that was a great tool that was helpful for us to get those alternative notification out to those patients if needed.
Now all patients have the bubble next to their names even if they have landlines. So we don't actually know if…

Favorite templates
We would like to be able to have each user "favorite" SMS templates so that when they go to send a template, their favorites are at the top of the list, instead of having to search to find them.

Filter by tags and new
You should be able to filter your messages by tag(s) AND new, untagged messages, instead of having to check either tags or new messages at a time. For instance my reception team I want to see the "Scheduling" tag and some of their individual ones, but also to see all new incoming messages so that they can tag those accordingly.

SMS/Tags notification badge
If you have your Messages inbox filtered by tags and/or departments, you should only receive a notification badge (the red 1 that shows up on the icon) for the messages inside of those filters. Otherwise it's very confusing and requires frequent checks just to see if there's really something there for you.

Code to use to exclude appt reminders/confirmation communication
Our previous software had the capability to recognize a code at the beginning of our appointment descriptions that would cue the software to NOT send appt reminders/confirmations/etc. For example, we take patients to a surgery center for some treatment. Those appts involve a lot of moving pieces and we don't want patients to get notifications at all. So we have always been able to add the prefix "PNA" to the appt descriptions. To have " mark as read" setting for each auto- messaging "appointment reminders"
For the last 3 years we have had a auto message that went out 3 hours before their appointment asking them to text to let us know they have arrived and to stay in the their car. At which point we confirm them into our PMS. When its time for them to come in we texted them asking them to come in. Starting today this message is being moved to all and marked as read. This is an issue and would like to see the ability to turn on and off the "mark as read" per each auto-message.

Regulate the ability to delete text messages
Text messages that have already been sent to clients are able to be deleted. For example, if a tech assistant erroneously tells a client to discontinue medication, they can delete the text message after it has already been sent and received by client. As the practice manager, I cannot see what has been sent from our business number, even though a client has received this. The information is not recoverable. Manage Direct Messaging Capability at User Level - ability to turn on or off this function in User Management. Would like capability to turn it off if needed and the ability to audit text messaging between team members either thru the desktop app or via some reporting capability.

save the date reminders not being sent so fast
Needing an option to choose when the save the date reminder goes out exactly. so like 20 mins,30mins and hour. When we put an appointment on accident it send a message to them for the wrong time then sends another one once appointment is finalized.

2Factor and MFA text number
Please make sure you do not use your number for any 2 Factor Authentication - major issue when porting over my numbers. It will not work in Weave. Wish I would have known before so I could change all the numbers for accounts I have linked to our main number.

With birthday reminders, it would be super beneficial for us to have it pull like the new "appointment reminders" where it uses all numbers on file as we have patients who are children with their parents phone numbers on there. But lots of the parents are split families so we would like the birthday to get to everyone possible!

Conflicting appt time reminders
Weave recently did an updated and ever since then, our patients with multiple appts are getting two confirmation texts with the two different times. Patients are SO confused and usually end up calling to straighten it out OR they just show up at the wrong time because they're confused. Patients just really need to get ONE text with the early time only.

Getting an option to print from the messages. It only gives the option to archive or download and it is just more convenient.

Pre-tag and filter messages sent from Auto-message rules to be managed in all tab
The all tab appears to be unmanageable in separating relevant conversations and auto-messages. Auto-messages sent should be tagged with Rule label and hidden until client responds.

Choose/Apply a department in bulk messages.
We would love the option to choose a department in bulk messages. That way messages can be filtered to the right department and responded to accordingly. For example, I am reaching out to old Implant leads. Rather than having the front desk get inundated by responses to my texts I'd like to have them sent from my department.

a pop up or message that lets you know your text is ready to be sent
It's hard to know for sure when a text message has been accepted to be sent. I.e. I select all the people I want, add, and then save ad nothing really shows up to say "it's ready". Had a message send out 3+ times once because the system never said "ready".

an easier way to send out the next group of texts over 1000
While i love the ability to mass text patients....I used the feature far less because of how hard it is to pick the next group of people beyond the first 1000. It takes me quite a long time to individually select the 800+ names I need to send the message out to. some way to instantly pick the "next group" would be amazing.
