  1. Save the dates in numerical order

    Hello
    I am struggling with the save the dates. We sometimes schedule multiple appts for the same patient for the same day. Like a plaque control class @ 10 and surgery @ 11 and then a week later another surgery @ 1. The save the date text use to send them out in order but now they are sending them out incorrectly. Look @ NienHwa Wang's texting feed for example. I scheduled her for Jan 4 @ 10 and 11 but her save the dates are 11 and then 10 so then she texts back confused on the time. If…

  4. Appointment Type Drag and Drop Option

    When creating appointment reminders, our office would love if there was a 'drag and drop' option for 'appointment type." So if the appointment in our EHR is for a comprehensive exam it would state that in the text, or office visit, or dry eye evaluation, etc. Thank you!

  5. Include all Appointment Times for Patient

    Currently only 1 appointment reminder is sent out to a patient per day. This may not include all their appointment times. Sometimes it only sends the later appointment and people forgot they made an earlier one so they miss it. Offices would love to see a drag and drop TIMES tile for the individual text template.

  6. Online Scheduling

    What department are you in? * Onboarding *Which Feature does this pertain to? * Online Scheduling *What area of the Feature? * Submission Requests for Veterinary *What pain points/suggestions does the office have? * The office does not like the form that requests "Patient" information. It is unclear if birthday and contact information is for the Patient (Fluffy) or the Client. Also, they said that their client information does not include things like birthdates etc and would be very confusing for their clients.

  8. Broken hygiene appointment fill in

    Lighthouse has a great feature that automatically generates a patient list (off of continuing care) for contact to fill in broken hygiene appointments. It is a fantastic feature that makes filling hygiene openings very efficient.

  10. Online Schedule filter Dr by appointment type.

    They need to be able to filter Drs based on their appointment type because they have certain Drs that only see specific appointment types. So that if I select a specific appointment type, I’m only able to see the Drs that service that type of appointment.
    The second thing is really a descriptor of the first, each Dr for them has 2 columns of time, and the first is only booked for longer types of appointments like full exams, and the second column is for things like contact fit check. They would like to be able to have the scheduler…

    We would like to view the appointment block notes that we have typed in. When computers are down or we are off site, it would be very helpful to see our notes on the appointment blocks. Thanks

  12. More info on Appointment Requests

    It would be very helpful if we had a tab on appointment requests for patients to input additional information, other than their phone number and email address. If we had a tab where patients could input what insurance they have, we could avoid cancelling appointments, and scheduling errors.

    We love that the schedule shows the appointment times and practitioner but we really need it to show the appointment notes as well. Example - recheck, puppy vaccines, spay, etc.

  15. Receiving email notification from online scheduling

    It would be nice to receive an email notification after a patient has submitted an appointment request via web assist on our website, in case the front desk staff are busy and they miss the text notification.     Weave is connected with our Website so that patients can request appointments. It's becoming a nightmare that unfortunately, I don't know who to connect with to get it rectified. It seems to be showing days that we're closed as well as times that are not available at all and we're having to deal with angry patients. I'd love to get some help on this issue but I have no idea who to talk to since you don't give phone numbers. Help please?

  18. Online Scheduling Improvement

    The recall functionality as it currently exists in Weave is lacking. Having recall reminders sent via text or email, but without a fully functional scheduling link is very inferior to other vendor options. A fully functional scheduling feature would be able to look into RevolutionEHR for actual open slots, allow the patient to choose a slot, then write back into RevolutionEHR to fill the slot.

    Please consider adding this feature in the near future. Currently we are using a different vendor for those services.
