Mobile App message Templates
I was hoping to be able to use the message templates saved in the desktop app, on the mobile app. We do not have auto reminders on currently due to staff shortage and do not want reminders or confirmations going out early to those appointments that need rescheduling. The templates can be used to send individual text but that is a little inconvenient. The mobile app is a great tool to be utilized during regular closed hours and times when the office is closed for extended days, vacation, etc. Being able to use those templates would make the app extremely…

Edit automated message from "Digital Forms Template" button
Hello,
I spoke with 3 customer reps regarding this feature and was told to enter it as a feature request here.There's an automated message that shows up after selecting a form under "Digital Form Templates" on the Weave desktop app. From what I was told by the representative, this field is currently not editable.
Can you please make it possible to edit this automated message after selecting a "Digital Form Template"? We would like to add some verbiage about the office, etc.

Positive Patient Responses for confirmations are not being recorded as confirmations.
Patients have provided us screenshot proof that they have responded with simple responses like "C" and "Yes" for the automated system to ignore their confirmation. We also see proof of this on our end because we have a custom message that gets sent for those who are not confirmed. We have seen "C" get ignored for "Yes" to work later and the opposite ("yes" to get ignored, and "C" to work later). Inconsistency in an automated system means the system cannot be relied upon... upset patients = unhappy practice = bad weave client experience.

NEW REMINDER SCHEDULE/SETTINGS DON'T WORK
New update has our confirmation schedule ALL MESSED UP. Perhaps adding the ability to choose specific days for confirmations to go out instead of "3 days in advance" being able to choose, "send Thursday's confirmations on Tuesdays" would eliminate some of the MAJOR issues we've had with the new setup.

Integration with Crystal PM Declined Texting Option
Since Weave integrates with Crystal PM, it would be helpful for Weave to know NOT to send automated messages to patients when the DECLINED TEXTING box is checked in patient's Crystal profile. At this time, when I manually turn off messages under "message preferences," the system is still sending texts to patients regarding their preferences.

Add filtering options for Text Messaging
We would like to see addition of filtering options for text messaging, as it is currently very overwhelming in its present format.
We would like to be able to filter messages that have not yet been sent for text writeback from the ones that have, and also be able to filter messages by date received as well as by content ("search within messages" similar to what phone texting and facebook messenger offer)
The Actionable tab is only useful to a certain extent as messages are moved from that list once they are responded to, and tags have to be manually…

Message Tag for "Pre-Med"
When a patient responds to confirm their appointment, if they remind us that they need their premed in the same text, it automatically marks them as read and I don't see it. If there was a way to automatically tag anything that says "premed" from the patient, or not mark it as read if it says anything more than just confirming their appointment.

Automated texts sent to the patient who actually has an appointment if same number as another
When two patient files in DSN have the same phone number (i.e. a daughter who once scheduled for an elderly father years ago), the automated text "randomly" picks which patient file to send the message to, even if the patient it picks doesn't have an upcoming appointment and hasn't been in for years. This is very inconvenient because the message thread shows that we texted the father, when the daughter is the one who has an appointment. Since it's the daughter's number, she responds appropriately, but the message thread shows the father's name which is confusing and causes much more…

The office would like the timing to not be written in English, but in Spanish.
It currently reads: "Nuestro sistema muestra que está 10 days overdue para una cita."

SMS messages getting lost in the mix
Currently, we send LOTS of text messages and sms auto reminders. As our practice has grown into Weave we find that one staff member will send a message on top of another message send by another staff member (or auto reminder)...and one of them is lost in the mix.
Example 1:
12pm: an appointment reminder is sent to a patient. The patient is busy and not attentive to their phone. (you can substitute this for any message initiated by someone in the practice)12:30pm a text is sent to the patient to check and see if the new insulin dose…

Autoreminders for multiple appointments on the same day
We had a client that had 2 appointments on the same day but only received a message for one appointment (the later one). I was told by customer support that Weave follows a set of logic to determine which reminder is prioritized. It would be nice if we had control over which message to prioritize (the earlier appointment time).

Can't text unregistered numbers
If the patient is new, and they ask for our business address if the number isn't synced with Weave yet it glitches, and won't allow for a text.

We would like to be able to have an auto text for cancelation fee go out if patients no show a confirmed apt.

Text Message Seen By list
Offices would love the ability to see which users have opened a text message so they might be able to track who failed to reply to an inbound text. It could show their initials or full name. Thank you!

Option in Automated Reminders to allow for the ability to send only the provider's last name, not the entire formal name of the provider.

Family appointments
I have multiple families in our eagesoft system that sometimes have appointments on the same day but at different times. They are getting a text with all names stating their appointment start at a certain time even though two may be in the morning and the other in the afternoon. This is very confusing for the guardian and was wondering if there was a way we could have it set up to send out each individual patient with their specific time for their reminder appointment.

Make Text messages private until Tag
Right now everyone sees all messages including outgoing. Why not make outgoing text messages private or ability to make a conversation private and Tag people as needed for follow up?

Office would like to have the ability to duplicate reminders across multiple locations. They have 4 locations that have fairly complicated reminders set up, and they would love to be able to just set them up under one location and then copy/paste them to their other locations.2 votes -

This office is utilizing the tag feature and the front desk is assigning the tags to go to the correct user to respond. Everyone else in the office has their inbox filtered to only their tags.
