  2. Unsubscribed Emails

    There needs to be a way to see the list of unsubscribed individuals, so that we can remove their e-mails from our system. It doesn't make sense for it to tell me how many unsubscribed if I have no way of removing them.

  4. Tag Faxes to A Co-Worker

    I like your new Tag feature in Messages, but can you also apply that to faxes? As it is now, the person checking faxes has to open up the fax, then send an inter-office text to the person who needs to handle it. If we could just assign it to the person, that would save a time-consuming step! Thank you.

  8. Pulling Report of Opt-Outs by date range

    Would love a feature that allows us to pull a report to show all patients who have opted out of text messages.
    Patient name, date they opted out, etc.

    I believe you can only see the current or past week of undelivered messages and those who have opted out. If we could see an all-time list, that would be helpful for our in-office systems.

  9. Earlier appointment time in reminder

    We had the option with our prior software to flag specific patients who were always tardy for appointments. These specific patients would get email/text reminders with appointment times 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We do not want our entire patient base to get a 15 minute early reminder - only specific patients who need it.

  10. online scheduling

    Weave is connected with our Website so that patients can request appointments. It's becoming a nightmare that unfortunately, I don't know who to connect with to get it rectified. It seems to be showing days that we're closed as well as times that are not available at all and we're having to deal with angry patients. I'd love to get some help on this issue but I have no idea who to talk to since you don't give phone numbers. Help please?

  11. Treatment Plan Reminders

    Hello! We love the automated recall messaging. Right now it is not giving us the options to do recall messages for anything other than perio and prophy related visits (including x-rays, etc.) We would love to be able to do a recall automation for patients who also have annual TMD, Sleep and Denture checkups.   12. Option for Patient Update Forms

    We considered a solution for our patients who dislike updating forms, which is unfortunately required by law. One idea we had was to provide an option for established patients to forward their most recent form submission and simply mark "nothing has changed" at the bottom of the form or edit the pre-filled information with the updated details, instead of starting from scratch every time.

  14. fax cover sheet

    i want to customize a fax cover sheet but i want it to stay there so my staff can't change it. when faxing information, we need a liability HIPAA clause at the bottom or somewhere but i can't do that. i can only customize the cover sheet and then send it to someone and it'll be there next time but my staff can still make the mistake of changing the words or deleting it and then our faxes won't have that legal clause on them anymore. this should be an admin right or something. this is a priority

  15. Disable or Change "Schedule Appointment" Button for Recalls

    Please allow the ability to disable the "Schedule Appointment" button on recalls. Alternatively, allow the ability to direct the patient to our online scheduler (add a target URL). The problem is patients are clicking on this and now have to wait for a call from the office. This is extremely inefficient.

  16. Appointment & Recall Reminder email customization

    The call to action button in reminder emails should be customizable.
    If not, then the email sent to offices confirming or requesting the appointment should be editable as a template for the office or when the customer responds.

    There are not enough details in the return email to the office to identify who is requesting the appointment, what kind of appointment, etc.

    Is there a way to create Review invitations in spanish? As of right now it looks like the invitations are only sent in English, even to our patients that have Spanish as their preferred language in Weave.

    Office would like to have the ability to duplicate reminders across multiple locations. They have 4 locations that have fairly complicated reminders set up, and they would love to be able to just set them up under one location and then copy/paste them to their other locations.

  19. Texting "Cancel" Prioritizes that Message

    Cancelled appointment messages

    What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
    Office is requesting a feature request for when a patient cancels an appointment through text if Weave can trigger the word cancel and bring the message thread to the top so it doesnt pile up with other auto reminder messages.

  20. Allow searches in admin portal in message queue

    Please allow searches on the portal, e.g.; search for Joe Smith in message queue to see all his messages.
    Also the sort function doesn't work.
