  1. Emergency After hours calls, we need to be able to see calls that came in, if no messsage was left

    On Saturday 2/24, a call came in at 7:30 am, but there was no record of it. The patient pressed a button, to get to the on call doctor, me, however I never received the call, it went right to voice mail. I did not see the VM till monday 2/26. I was in the office on Saturday, and my people look for messages, as well as who called in. The patient had an emergency, and was leaving town next day.   3. Call Pop Caller Was Forwarded Info

    Call Forwarding Location ID -

    We have two locations. Both use the same phone number, and our patients choose from a phone tree to talk to which facility they want. We have it set that if a patient calls our original location (option 1) and the call isn't answered, it is forwarded to our Cedar Park location. I'd like to add on the Call Pop info for that caller, some indication this caller tried the original location first and it was forwarded.   4. Oh Hold

    The phone rings a tone reminding us that someone is on hold; when it is doing that, we cannot pick up the line/the phone itself.

  6. Activity Monitor (DND/On the Phone)

    Our office uses the call queue feature. When we are unavailable to take calls on the phones that are included in this group we have to use DND to keep calls from ringing through from the queue. A feature that can show other users in the office which devices are on DND vs. On the phone so others calling know if we are on a call or if we are away from our desk

  8. Accessing personal voicemail remotely

    There is currently no way to check personal voicemails from outside of the office. This is one of the most basic of features that is available on every phone system around the world, yet on Weave you can't do it.

    Especially since COVID and remote work became more mainstream.

    The mobile app only allows you to access the office's main voicemail. Why would every staff member need or be concerned with that?

  9. Create a default office profile for when users have not signed in yet.

    When a user does not sign in it writes back in the call log incorrectly with the last user that was signed in on that computer. Therefor call logs are not accurate.
    Our office staff do not have set desks so if they are answering a call and they have not signed in yet it assigns the last person who logged in on that computer. Even if they have already logged out.

  12. Recorded message on demand

    Recorded message playback on demand. Our previous phone system allowed us to record messages and save to a line key on our phone. During a call whether we reached a live person or their voicemail, we could press the button to play the message and just hang up and the message would continue to play. Some patients are fine with text messages, but we prefer for some of these messages to be a warm voice message, particularly if it is a patient's first contact from our office, or they may not receive texts.

  14. Allow us to disable the save option after sending a voicemail to another extension

    When transferring a voicemail to another extension, it currently saves a copy in your voicemail box. We are interested in having the option to disable this feature. This way, when a voicemail is transferred, it won't save a copy in your voicemail box, and it will be sent directly to the designated extension. With our daily volume of 30-100 voicemails, the initial sorting process is challenging enough, and having to sift through saved voicemails that have already been listened to adds to the complexity.

  16. Option to Delete Forwarded Voicemails

    Please add the ability to immediately delete a voicemail after forwarding it to another phone. I get a lot of complaints from users who transfer a voicemail, they have to go all the way back through the voicemail menus to get back to the voicemail they forwarded to then delete it off of their phone. It would be ideal if immediately after forwarding a voicemail, the user is given the option to delete if off of their phone.

  17. Exempting Certain Phone Lines from Recording

    Our HR department and other Senior Leaders have non-patient confidential calls that should not be recorded. We need to designate certain lines as not recorded, while leaving others as recorded. Currently, it's an all or nothing feature.

  18. RIng back

    Hello,

    I would like the option for the ring back function to ONLY ring back to the phone that originally placed a caller on hold. Seems silly for other users, not involved in the conversation to pick up a ring back. When it rings back all phones and a different person answers, It has the perception to our patients that our office is incompetent. Patients feel frustrated to have to reexplain the reason for their call.

  19. missed called notification

    I called weave today to see if there was a way to get a notification for missed calls like we do in top right hand corner of screen for text messages. I was informed weave does not have that option yet. So I am suggesting if that could be made a option in the short future . Thank you

  20. Transfer a call to a given extension but with the option to send it directly to the ext's voicemail without first ringing the phone

    The person's transferring the call would have the option of sending to the extension phone to be answered now or directly to the extension voicemail for a callback.
