  2. Mobile App Calling

    The mobile app, when you log in, should log you in as if you are using your extension and not add you to the default call group.

    When you log into the mobile app you are added to the default call group and not all offices want this to happen. You can have another call group created as a workaround but it's still a manual process.

  4. Toggle Phone Tree On/Off

    We would like to able to turn our Phone Tree on and off during the day, for when we have the personnel to answer live. We are getting a lot of hangups and are missing customers because they want to talk to a live human. Now we have to call/chat to weave to get it off, then call back to turn it on, which is a pain. Other alternative is to delete phone tree which is worse. Thanks

  5. Strategic Platform Integrations (Schedule, Accounting, etc.)

    Our physical therapy clinics use fullslate as our scheduler. It would be great to have that integrated into weave. It has an open API

  7. Customer would like an integration to where our faxes are stored

    They are a high volume fax practice and need to be able to have a url or api that would give them the ability to process and store faxes in services like Sharepoint.

  8. Identify user permissions for Data Sync service

    Please identify all permissions needed for the Data Sync service to function. Running as the Local System account is definitely an over-reach and a security risk as a result, since Data Sync allows remote control over entire servers containing sensitive patient data.

    A list of functions that Weave can remotely perform on a server using Data Sync would also be appreciated, please.

  9. Identify URLs and ports for Data Sync and phones

    I'd like to know what URLs and ports are needed for the phones and Data Sync software to communicate in order to apply firewall rules to restrict everything else, please. Also, do the phones need to be able to communicate with each other locally when making an interoffice call?

  11. Prevent patient images from being sent by Data Sync

    Please give an option to NOT send patient images by Data Sync, particularly with Open Dental. We don't keep photos of our patients, and I find that it's sending up images of documents, which is kind of a HIPAA concern: transmitting patient data that doesn't need to be transmitted.

    I spoke with Weave and Revolutionehr regarding the ability to use the
    Save the Date Reminder Feature with Weave.

    Please see the email below. This is a feature we are very interested in
    and hope the Weave and Revolutionehr can

    integrate this. I'm sure other Optometry practices will appreciate it
    as well.

  19. More Efficient Call Tree

    The call tree system, as it stands, is completely inefficient. Requiring an admin to add a user to the call tree is just adding extra steps. Why not allow normal users to add themselves to a phone tree? In addition, make this feature usable from the desktop app rather than the admin portal.

    Companies with multiple locations would benefit greatly from this flexibility.

  20. Receiving email notification from online scheduling

    It would be nice to receive an email notification after a patient has submitted an appointment request via web assist on our website, in case the front desk staff are busy and they miss the text notification.
