    I want to manage my call routes for all of my phone numbers on a granular level so that I am able to dictate where calls ring at any given time on any given day in a way that allows me to "set it and forget it" according to my typical routine while easily changing it as needed.

  2. Email From Multiple Business Locations Missing Basic Functions

    When attempting to email from both of our locations (which is primarily what I need to be able to do),

    I find I can no longer upload a CSV list for building my audience.
    **This limits me to send the same email separately from each business location in order to use CSV lists and fully utilize all permitted email sends (which are split in half between each location), but I'm even unable to do this because of the following:

    **I can't duplicate an email campaign from one business location to another.

    **I can't save an email draft for one business…

    Chronic Care IQ integration - We are launching a new service line which entails remote patient monitoring. We need to be able to report all time spent on the phone with a patient. The platform we will use is Chronic Care IQ ( https://www.chroniccareiq.com/). The Chronic Care IQ platform is built to record patient interactions and create billable reports.The company tells me they have repeatedly tried to contact Weave to complete an integration at their cost. They already have many customers who use Weave and would benefit from the integration. Without the integration, we will have to use another…

    Away for Weave to remind the office they have not returned a call they missed or that was abandoned. Specifically if the caller hasn't left voicemail or texted the office back.

  10. Viewing Sent and Received Faxes

    It would be nice if I could easily see faxes as "sent" and "received." As it is now, it takes way too many clicks to do this, filtering and unfiltering. Before it was just one click to see sent, one click to see received. Much more user-friendly.

    PLEASE REMOVE AMOUNT PROCESSED REFUNDS ETC FROM INVOICE HISTORY- ALL EMPLYEES ARE ABLE TO SEE THIS WHEN THEY COLLECT PAYMENT. All this financial information is sensitive and should not be visible to everyone. THIS IS A CRITICAL FLAW

  13. Feature Request: TO-DO list / Tasks

    I would love for there to be a To-do list feature that I could access from the desktop client and mobile app (For those on the go days). I would be able to put in a task and maybe a due date or a reminder date. I could refer to the list I create to help me organize my day. There are "lists" now, but you'd need to attach a patient to each and not all tasks are for patient accounts, (ie complete accounting report by xx/xx/xxxx). I'd love for Weave to be able to help me with reminders that…

  14. Voicemail box greeting schedule

    Some offices close outside of business hours for different reasons. We like to put the reason why on our voicemail greeting. There should be an option to schedule different voicemail greetings to hit the voicemail at certain times. That way a manager is not changing this over the weekend or during a holiday.

  15. Not a fan of the new update

    Just wanted to give some feedback on the new update. Our office is not a fan of it. We actually hate it :( We preferred the smaller blue app. It was user friendly and simpler to use. Please give us the option to use that instead. We liked the smaller app because we were able to see multiple windows/apps open at once. It is also confusing the staff with the weave portal that has been put along with it. It would just be nice to allow the option to use the old weave.

    Quick fill customer selection process:
    - it would be great to be able to select ALL customers at ONCE (with a checkbox or link that says "select all" in the "Today" or "Tomorrow" lists as opposed to having to add each customer one by one.

  17. Adding RCS support for messaging should be a priority!

    Now that iOS and Android both support RCS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rich_Communication_Services) Weave should prioritize supporting the standard as soon as possible.

    Key Reasons:

    1. RCS has encryption which is safer for communicating about HIPAA related topics.

    2. RCS allows for higher quality image transmission which allows us to better monitor patients conditions remotely and plan better to schedule time.

    3. RCS allows us to see "read receipts" when patients see our messages, but forget to respond.

  18. Filter Follow Up Reminders by date

    We should be able to filter weave follow up reminders by date. It used to be that the present date's reminders were at the top of the list and now they are at the bottom. I want them to go back to being at the top or at least give us the option to filter the dates.

    5.0.0 Mobile App Update - Has an inbox with EVERY text message (blue bubble for unread and orange bubble for unreplied does show) It would be really nice to have just an option to view unread messages like the desktop version !!

  20. Quick Fill Lists more manageable

    The New Weave Experience Quick Fill is twice as time consuming. You have the "Manage List" tab that you can add all patients to. But then to send out messages you have to move them to the "Send Message" tab and add them to "select recipients". This list will only allow up to 50 people. We have over a 100 people on our wait list. In order to add other patients we have to delete patients from the "manage list" in order to remove them from the "select recipients" list.
