Move/Choose the location of the Weave Pop-Up
Right now, when Weave pops up -on my screen, it blocks the x box and other features of Cornerstone that I need to access. I find myself quickly ignoring the feature so I can access Cornerstone information and get the appointment set, ect.

Links not copyable anymore
You eliminated the ability to copy links in text to pay and forms. This is a big deal. I know there is a work around with forms, but the text to pay is a problem. There are many times we need that outside of Weave and now can't access. The reason it was great for forms is sometimes patients want us to email links for each family member all at one time to the Head of the household. Now we can't.

scheduling
We are current using the application for our clients to request appointments online. Right now, Weave only allows a client to request 3 specific times for their appointment at our chosen increments. This leads to a lot of appointments being requested that are not available on our schedule. Since Avimark does not have Weave integration at this time, it would be much easier to have clients request a date and a range of times that would work for them. This way we won't have to constantly reach out to them if their chosen times do not work.

Appointment confirmation texts with questions
Appointment confirmation texts – when patients respond 'yes' to confirm their appointment, their text message gets archived into the ALL folder rather than actionable, which is great. BUT if they type 'yes' and add a question, the message also goes into ALL and we miss the question. If the patient types a “?” it should be coded to directly go to actionable.

Avimark Online Scheduling Deepened Integration
Please consider fully integrating with Avimark software. Currently, it is not linked to our clinic's schedule. Integration would make the online scheduling feature more user friendly.

appointment types
It would be wonderful if ALL of our appointment types would show when we are making our appointment reminders. Right now, if we have a new appt type that has not been scheduled it does not show. We have to remember when we schedule that type of appt and then go into our reminders and add that type to the reminder. Seems a bit backward. If we know that appt type should get a certain reminder we should be able to choose it even if we haven't scheduled anyone for it.

Weave Schedule View
It would be helpful for Weave to follow the order of the schedule from our practice management software. Currently, Weave has it's own order, which can be a little disconcerting when looking at the schedule. In addition, our doctors run two chairs and the chairs are next to each other in our practice management schedule, but they are on the far left and far right sides in Weave. That means the doctors have to scroll back and forth to see their full schedule when looking at the Weave app.

Appointment notes
Would be nice to able to see appointment notes that are on the patient's appointment through Eaglesoft. For example our computer system is down and that we can do confirmation from Weave but unable to give any information that is on the appointment to the patient like copayments, coming early for the appointment time, etc.

can you integrate the stripe dashboard with the app and take advantage of the NFT feature on the new iphones/google phones so we can process payments manually or by tap?

Call Pop feature in office software vs. Weave App
While the "call pop" feature within Weave is helpful, we were under the impression from the demo we received that the call pop would be integrated with our office software and the patients chart would pop up when we receive a call. Unfortunately, due to needing to have several tabs open when we have patients call the call pop shows in the top right corner and is often not easily seen when answering the call.

User cell phone security
Can employees be restricted to using their cells on weave based on GEO coordinates and/or hours/days of the week?

Move phone tree to an upper position, so it's easier to find in the desktop app.
We often change on-call physician to another line in our closed IVR, but it's too many steps to get to the phone tree. Would be easier if it was it's own option on the main left-side menu. Thank you.

Add a way to customize location of checkboxes
A way of placing checkboxes on a premade picture that either patients or a dental office can mark if they have teeth missing and where etc.

Voicemail and text notifications
On the app when you are in the voicemail section, we should be able to search for a phone number. Or have a little icon pop up that shows how many times the same numbered called. Or when people call and leave a voicemail but also send a text message, could you have a little alert that shows how many voicemails there are? That way we don't have to scroll one by one through the voicemails.

Restrict access to listen to recorded calls
I would like the ability to restrict who can listen to recorded phone calls to a singular role. We don't want our site leads to have access to that but we want them to be able to do everything else.

Need ability to do an email campaign with parent company to get database info from subcompanies
Want to create mass email campaign for my two companies that are controlled by a parent company but currently need to create campaign for each company since parent company doesn't have this feature.
