Glasses Notification
In Revolution EHR, when a patient purchases multiple pairs of glasses, we will mark "received" on each pair as they come in and Solution Reach does NOT notify the patient that the glasses have arrived until we mark them Verified. We do that to keep track of where the jobs are in process, and we update the status and all their eyewear purchases once they all come in to verified, then they receive notification their glasses are ready. Mobile App Issues
(1) We would like to be able to transfer a call from our mobile app to another extension or another mobile app within our office.
(2) We would like to be able to put a caller on hold from the mobile, while transferring to the other extension.
(3) With mobile app calls, we need a wider range of providers.1 vote -
audit log to track actions in Weave software
You should have a detailed audit log of the actions in Revolution. I had a text message "mysteriously" get deleted and it says that I was the one who deleted it, but I know I didn't. I was trying to figure out if it was a staff member that deleted it. I highly doubt if it was another staff member having my password and was logged in as me on a different computer.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
PLEASE MAKE THE "NON-SUFFICIENT" CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS STAND OUT FROM THE REST!!!
If a transaction does NOT go thru for whatever reason - Please make them look different in some way - either change the color to red or have in HUGE letters that it FAILED....or .....??? Because it was the same color and "insufficient funds" was written so small, our receptionist missed it and we only caught the mishap AFTER the client left.
ALSO, while we are discussing "cc transactions" - It would be nice if you can keep the refunds, cancellations, etc (any altering of transactions) reserved for…1 vote -
Weave Support Chat
I am NOT a fan of the new Weave chat. I would much prefer to wait for someone in a que. I understand typing in a topic so the issue can be sorted but the automated portion is not helpful and a waste of my time as a client.

Undelivered Txt/Email
Consider showing your summary reports undelivered texts or emails please. This will be super helpful and help save a lot of time. Our old system had it, and helped keep records up to date :) Love Weave so far
Also creating a way to have the dashboard "pinnable" to the desk top, that way it's always in front of us when we are looking at doctors schedule.1 vote -
Contact back up options/customize close of day
Overall, Weave is a great system. Just have a couple of suggestions/requests:
1-Although most do, not every patient has a mobile phone/text capability. We would like Weave to email/call those patients who are unable to receive text messages. I realize there is an email option, but it is all or nothing. We don't want to send texts AND emails to patients--we want to send texts OR emails to patients--if they have neither text or email, then an automated phone call (Yes, we have some wonderful patients with only a land line).

Weave Admin Portal Reporting Modifications
In the Weave admin Portal I would love the ability to look back farther than 2 weeks. I would like to be able to compare month over month to see the volume of messages that are going out daily. This is especially vital as we are working through the anniversary of the shutdown and the number of patients that we saw in March, April and May of 2020 are drastically smaller than the months previous and I would like to ensure that the modified recall reminders are going out to a wider range of patients.

Change receipt font, size and bold
Be able to change the font, size or bold for the receipts. Everything I print through my receipt printer is great, except receipts from Weave. Only the business name is clear to read.

Form Editing Capability
It would be very helpful if we could have access to edit our COVID questionnaire or if Weave could create a fillable version of our COVID form and link that form to the text messages our patients receive.

Feature under "Lists"
In the weave portal, under the Lists area, there are few options for collections as well as unscheduled patients for recall. In the past I remember that it would break it down further and show the no of unscheduled patients for 6 mo, 12 mo, 18 mo etc.
Also under collections, it would break it down to amount over due by months. For some reason there is filter option but doesn't show the breakdown anymore.
Please add that feature back, it was insightful.

Analytics display and data
The color scheme for the font in analytics is unreadable. It is white on light grey. Make the font black please.
Also need metric with total call minutes rather than just number of calls to accurately reflect phone activity.1 vote -
Better "Delete" phone number in the dial pad so you can call the next person
Delete phone number in the dial pad - not have to do back space a bunch of times before calling the next person. When I have to work off of my cell phone it slows me down to have to back out of each number one digit at a time before dialing the next number.

Second prompt/refunds
We had an overcharge yesterday because it was keyed in wrong. Could there be a second prompt after you click process payment? Maybe prompting are you sure you want to process with cost showing. I realize its an extra step but an extra click would take no time at all. Also when you go to refund an charge in the admin. portal the drop down menu gives you options of why we are refunding and I feel it would help to have one that says overcharge or operator error. Thank You

It would great to be able to tell the dates and times for the CSV uploads so that the administrators in the practice could ensure things were updated properly.

Weave-PMS Sync Status
I would like to be able to see confirmation of the most recent sync between my practice management software and Weave's database. I recently upgraded Dentrix from 5.2 to 7.3 and didn't know that Weave had stopped syncing a week ago. I only discovered this by luck when texting a patient and wondering why his name was not showing up, just his number.
