Canadian credit card payments
I have 2 specific items of feedback from our experience with using WEAVE at the Bonners Ferry Veterinary Clinic:
1.. PLEASE work on integrating your payment process with AVIMARK to avoid us having to re-enter the WEAVE payment back in to AVIMARK in order to process their invoice as being PAID.- Our business is only 30 miles south of the Canadian border so many of our clients are International. WEAVE payments will not allow us to process their credit and debit cards, and that is a HUGE problem for us. It is not good for our business if clients cannot…

Would love to have a notification on the patient demo that alerted us of saved CC.

Trap and log messaging errors
Log messaging errors and allow admins (us) to see them. We have two patients whose recall messages did not go out when other patients did on the same day. Tech support said they have no way to debug this as there are no error logs and that sometimes messages are missed.

Mobile App Calling
The mobile app, when you log in, should log you in as if you are using your extension and not add you to the default call group.
When you log into the mobile app you are added to the default call group and not all offices want this to happen. You can have another call group created as a workaround but it's still a manual process.

2 day reminders
To whom it may concern,
We have a new text message reminder being sent out 2 business days prior to patients appointments. Everything works great until Thursday and Fridays text messages not out until the weekend. We would like to figure out a way that we can have them sent 2 business days prior to the appointment. We have a new policy in place that requires all patients to confirm 24 hours prior to the appointment or it is cancelled. custom batch time on Weave payments
Being able to set a custom time for payment batching is crucial. We are not here after 6pm at night, so to have payments run after business hours means they aren't posted to our practice management system. Then, my bank deposit doesn't match my end of day report.

Take out inactive members from birthday wishes
The happy birthday messages are sent to all patients, including inactive as the default setting. The default setting should not include inactive. We have had family members upset that they have received best wishes for their family members who are marked deceased in our EMR.

Customer would like an integration to where our faxes are stored
They are a high volume fax practice and need to be able to have a url or api that would give them the ability to process and store faxes in services like Sharepoint.

Identify user permissions for Data Sync service
Please identify all permissions needed for the Data Sync service to function. Running as the Local System account is definitely an over-reach and a security risk as a result, since Data Sync allows remote control over entire servers containing sensitive patient data.
A list of functions that Weave can remotely perform on a server using Data Sync would also be appreciated, please.

Identify URLs and ports for Data Sync and phones
I'd like to know what URLs and ports are needed for the phones and Data Sync software to communicate in order to apply firewall rules to restrict everything else, please. Also, do the phones need to be able to communicate with each other locally when making an interoffice call?

Data Sync logs
Please allow visibility into data sync successes and failures. We have no idea when they occur or if any issues are ever encountered.

Prevent patient images from being sent by Data Sync
Please give an option to NOT send patient images by Data Sync, particularly with Open Dental. We don't keep photos of our patients, and I find that it's sending up images of documents, which is kind of a HIPAA concern: transmitting patient data that doesn't need to be transmitted.
