Appointment reminders bypass All Messages/ Multi-Select to Archive
We would utilize the appointment reminders more if there was an option for automatic reminders to not show up in the All Messages tab.
Because Actionable messages sometimes get lost, we regularly check All Messages and Archive conversations that have been handled.
When appointment reminders are sent for 160 patients, it really clogs up the All Messages tab. Especially since there isn't even an option to select multiple messages to archive.
Having to go in individually to archive them is inefficient and time consuming for our workflow.3 votes -

It would be great to be able have a note attached to a text thread
It would be nice to add a note regarding the text. A tag is short and sweet, but it does not allow details. I do not find the note section in the contact list useful at all. I would put the note section in that spot where the three dots are. This is available for each texting thread and so the note would be attached to each texting thread instead of only the patient. I am pretty sure that other offices would love this feature.

Call-pop remains during phone transfer
We have two people at our front desk, one person is bilingual. So when our english-only speaking receptionist answers the phone, the call-pop with all of the patient information is available on her computer and the phone she answered. The problem occurs when the person calling in is Spanish-speaking and the call needs to be transferred. If the English-only receptionist answers a Spanish speaking customer, she must transfer or place the call on hold. The call-pop and patient information is lost in this process. email reminder contact us detail
when clients click on contact us button when they receive an email reminder for an appointment the email we receive just says "john smith" requested to be contacted for an appointment. It would be more helpful if it told us what they were requesting an appointment for such as "fluffy" is overdue for vaccines. Even if this was just a regurgitation of the email we send to them that says patient is this many days overdue for exam please call to schedule. this would allow us to know what the client was reaching out to us for.

QR option for reviews
A QR code option for reviews would be a great addition for review options for those patients that don't have a google or facebook acount and or can't remember login credentials. We feel this would be more patient friendly

feature request
I'm confused why the weave app is computer specific?? At our office we desk share so when I log in at a different desk all my customizations for the text messaging are those of the person who first signed into weave at this station. So I can't see messages that are in fact tagged to me, verses seeing my co workers.?? Why even have separate logins then? Is there any way to make the app be specific to the person who signed into the app? Finger crossed this is one reason we looked at switching to weave in the first…

Download all text conversions to a csv or sql file
It would be very helpful to be able to download all of our texts to a csv, sql or xml file. We have hundred of texts out to our patients with replies. It is very easy to miss information as is. If we could see and filter a database of texts, it would be very helpful to alleviate this problem.

Calls recorded seem to be delayed in attaching to pt records, as well as: it is impossible to listen to recorded calls in patient profile. It would be beneficial to have the ability to listen to recorded calls in patient history.3 votes -
Insurance
We would like to be able to check new patient insurance without having to make them a chart in our system. Also more information on dental insurances would be helpful as well. Because we can get dental info through weave but not every thing we need is in the breakdown so we still have to call. Maybe each office can download what they are looking for on there breakdown forms and form information from insurance through that. Online Scheduling Analytics
Please add analytics and have them tied to emailing the office. For example: they'd like analytics based around Scheduling requests from Online Scheduling, or when someone clicks on the online scheduler, etc.

Online scheduling request for DOB should also come through on the request
Weave already asks for the patient's DOB when they are requesting the appointment online, however it does not transfer that information to us when we receive the request. That prompts us to ask the patient AGAIN which, oddly enough, the patient doesn't like!

payment/auto fill information
It would be so beneficial & time saving~ When a patient calls in to make a payment, if there was a way to "AUTO FILL" the patient information~ the amount due fills in once we hit the $ symbol. However we need to manually enter name, address, zip and such..

Fax groups
Please add fax "groups" so we can fax in bulk to select groups of people at once. This would save me so much time when I am sending out 200+ faxes for events we hold multiple times a year

Integrate with GOOGLE LEADS!!!
Integrate weave with Google leads to be able to track the calls, identify the patients who calls so we could have accurate conversion rates. It is not helpful at all to have you as a phone provider and use another service for tracking these call to be able to get these stats. That needs to be ASAP.

Please provide administrative access to view all instant messages between users. Maybe a default "blind copy" on every instant message sent...? Or access to search all instant messages sent/received by a specific user.

BILLING/Statements
Billing/statements: Having the ability to do monthly billing through Weave where the ledger of patients accounts link with the billing system through Weave. There would have to be an option to opt patients in and out of if they want to receive statements via online/email or text. So that we do not have to keep track of the patients that do not want that through a dictionary basically of each patient. With Dentrix currently, in the family file they have a drop down box to choose if they want email or mailed statement but that was through quick bill and…

Chat Box Larger to Show More Text
The chat box is too small! Please make us able to enlarge the Weave window to make the chat larger. When multiple team members message in a short period it's difficult to keep track of messages that have scrolled off screen. Please make the chat bigger or adjustable!!

Quickfill upgrades
The Quick fil list: We should be able to add tags. and search those tags. So add tags for patients that want morn, or tags for patients that only want certain days.
Also it would be nice to be able to print the quickfil list with names, numbers, and notes.3 votes
