  2. text to pay

    it would be very helpful if we can flag or monitor "text to pay payments". we often send the text out but not all of us have access to the admin portal to see if we have received the payment. sometimes pateitns pay the next day or the next week. we need to call these payments out so it can be posted in our practice management system and we can process orders if needed. in many instances we are waiting for payment to place an order.   3. Auto-Confirmations Date/Time Stamp with Copy of Message in Patient Chart Notes

    Would it be possible for appointment confirmations in Weave to write back an entry in the patient chart on OpenDental with a date/time stamp? For example, when Jon Smith confirms his appointment, it will change from unconfirmed to confirmed in the schedule. We would like it to also document the date/time with a copy of the message in the OpenDental patient chart notes. When we use OpenDental's auto-confirmation module, it does this for us already and makes it easier to track. Please let us know if this is possible. Thank you so much!

  4. Schedule tab messaging

    Hello! When using the scheduling tab to edit and send out a group text for a specific day, it did not update the date as it should have. I selected to add in the patient's first name and the date and time. However, it sent out the current date on every text. When i save my template, it shows the date as "[date time]" or whatever it says when you select it. When i returned to my template to see what had happened with sending out the wrong dates to every patient, it showed that it had changed that [date…

  5. Need to be able to delete call recordings!

    Admin should be able to delete individual (or all) call recordings from the portal. There could be a double security check to allow this. Thanks!

  7. Patient's Birthday

    Our office sees a lot of kids and would like to start doing something special for them if they come in on or near their birthday. It would be helpful if there was somehow a feature on weave to let us know. The easiest way I would think to do this is on the Schedule tab when it shows a list of patients scheduled for the day you can put a birthday cake symbol or balloon symbol - just something we can quick glance at to see if they have a birthday soon.

  10. Showing What Extensions that calls were for

    Hello 2 things:

    1 - when someone is calling in, and weave notifies us on the computer, or in the call log in the dashboard- it would be super helpful to know what extensions the pt was calling for. People are leaving voicemails on extension 2 (for optical) but the front is seeing a missed call and they calling back, but the pt already left a VM on the optical phone, so then the optical is calling the pt back later. It's not clear enough what extension the call was meant for. And the call log shows all the calls,

  12. Custom List by Age

    Hello, can you please add more customization options when making lists. I would like to be able to create a list that ranks patients by age. In addition, I would like this list to show overdue patients as well. Please make these changes ASAP. Thanks, TV

  14. Additional fields for Patient Contacts

    Nate Skroski was extremely helpful in setting us up with Weave. I appreciate that Weave's support people are not located in another country. It is so beneficial with making sure we can understand one another. IDEA: Please add an option to include Work Phone when adding a new contact. Add an option to add Business Name.

  15. Landlines

    A good feature to have is having the home number to be called to confirm appointment and any eyeware. A lot of the elderly don't have cell phones or only have a flip phone and for me to go through patients without a cell phone to call them is a waste of time. Thank you, Joanne Keller

  16. Multiple Improvements

    We're new users with several ideas.
    1. We switched from Lighthouse and they had an option that was very helpful for filling opening/recently cancelled hygiene appts. After we broke an appt, LH would scan appointed hygiene patients and continuing care and generate a list of patients to contact with a mass text to see if they wanted to schedule for the opening. This was a great feature.
    2. Also in Lighthouse, patients could be marked as Spanish speaking in their family file (we have Dentrix and it was designated as a medical condition). Lighthouse would pick this up and all…

  17. More automation on your weave app

    9/22/21 When a phone number calls us 1-we would like the option to add it onto the weave new patient list and 2-we would like the option to automatically block this number on your weave app if we would like to Reason: Takes too much time having to reenter phone numbers and to go on your website link to do this. This should be automated in your weave app

  18. Emergency / After Hours calls & texts

    Would love if there was a great system within Weave for emergency calls/texts. Right now on our voicemail we direct patients with emergencies to call a separate number which is managed by google voice. But it would be great if there was an internal system within Weave that would manage after-hours calls and texts which can then be sorted and prioritized according to urgency at nights and weekends for the doctor or on-call staff to review without having to sort through everything.

  19. Entire app and site Slowness Complaint

    Weave admin portal and app has been incredibly slow for weeks now. What changed? WHAT is going on? Logging in is slow. You repeatedly enter log in information. There is an unacceptable from the time a credit transaction happens to when it shows up in the admin portal or app filter. Our office has absolutely been thrilled with Weave up until this point. I am not sure what is going on and would appreciate follow up.

    We have released an update that should resolve the issue of being constantly logged out of the weave software.

  20. Toggle between Two extension lines

    I would like to be able to toggle between extension lines through the iphone app. See the general and also another line to be able to get messages and voicemails instead of going through the dialing 9000, ext.line, pw,.

    It would also be nice to be able to control everything from the iphone app instead of having to log into the portal online.
