  1. Refresh Weave website OVERKILL

    Weave has recently begun to constantly log us out of the website. Logging back in is NOT a quick, one-step process either. While I'm on the phone with a patient and need to check if they have answered the COVID questions; I have to put them on hold to wait for Weave to catch up!

  2. Follow Up Task notifications

    Hi there!
    Not sure if this a bug but we've started utilizing the "Follow Ups" lists for patient and team member specific tasks however, the follow up notifications pop-up once a minute until dismissed (sometimes creating a notification queue that's 45+ msgs long).
    A single notification for a follow up task is sufficient until dismissed.

  3. Transfer calls from app to office phones

    Please give the IOS & Android app the ability to transfer calls. I do not have an office phone to set up at home and I cannot transfer calls on my cellphone through the app.

  4. Compatibility

    We would like to be able to use payments - but we are in Canada!

  5. Paging adapter (algo 8301) support

    I would like to see official support for a paging adapter (we have the Algo 8301 per Weave's recommendation a few years ago) so that we can keep using it without difficulty.

  6. Employee Schedule

    It would be great to have an employee calendar that we can all make changes to in order to track who is working which days. That way if a trade is needed or a replacement is needed it can be posted or our office manager can be notified of a change in the daily schedule of employees. This would be super helpful for vacations as well.

  7. Refund Payments show in Net Total

    When processing a Stripe credit card refund through Weave, it is very hard to keep the accounting aspect of it straight. When a report is opened in Invoices /payments I would expect to see the refund that was deducted on the Net total. Also, have it deducted from the Net total the day it was refunded, not the day the payment was originally taken.

  8. easy button for Forms right on app

    I think on the text messages that there should be a button that can be clicked to send forms via text and it will create a link for the patient to click on from that text message. And also give an option what for to send. It would make thins a lot easier doing it right from the weave app instead of going into the portal just to send.

  9. Emails to inform us of problems with Weave

    I would love to see an email go out to our office when you are experiencing problems and when you expect the problem to be resolved. I waited on hold for 56 mins today for someone to tell me that you are all aware. I am currently on hold again to speak with someone else about the matter. This is taking away value time from me serving our patients.

  10. Multi-Voicemail Availability on App

    It would be wonderful to be able to access other mailboxes from the app. Currently, our office has a general mailbox, an Rx refill mailbox and an after-hours/emergency mailbox. Any time we get a call after hours, we get a text that redirects us to a website where we have to login every single time (twice for some reason). It is just a bit of a hassle compared to being able to check it right from the app where we can see the name of the client and everything.

  11. Billing Ideas

    It would be really nice if when payments come in they would be different colors if they are paid in office or paid via text. Or even have two different areas for those payments to keep them separated more easily since they are different fees.

    Also, It would be nice to have a place to mark that it was posted on the actual app and not just in the Admin Portal. The Admin portal is nice for End of month, but it would be nice to have it on the app for a daily check for staff not just managers/owners.

  14. iPad App Landscape Mode

    iPad App landscape mode. Please add landscape mode as an option for the iPad app (automatically chaning based on the orientation of the iPad). Currently, only portrait is available and this doesn't work with a keyboard (which is essential for using weave as a text messaging platform)

    We are hoping that it might be possible to add:

    Contact Lens Trial
    Frame Only

    to the already populated Eyeglass and Contact Lens. We need specific things for these notifications.

  16. Caller ID

    When placing a call on "Park"- we'd like if the caller ID stayed visible on the screen. With multiple people answering the phone lines & placing the caller on hold, it's just too hard to figure out, where your call was. Often we end up picking up the wrong line & having to explain that to the client. Wastes time & usually aggravates the client. Thanks

  17. Payment Writebacks as Insurance Payments

    Right now, any payment processed through Weave writes back as an "account payment." There is no way for it to distinguish between a patient payment vs an insurance payment. Adding a button for "Insurance Payment" after clicking "payment" would be extremely helpful. After clicking this button, we should get credit card info prompts, as well as a claim number prompt. Ideally this writes back to Eaglesoft, or other practice management softwares, as payment type: Insurance Payment, Description: Claim number XXXX.

  19. send reviews to multiple people at once

    send reviews to multiple people rather than just one at a time. this was a feature but it has been removed after an update. very annoying to have to send the reviews out individually

    For setting like Office Hours, either use a 24-hour format or allow users to choose that format to avoid AM/PM mistakes.
