    Add "Facebook" or "Google" to Weave splash screen button that says "Write Recommendation" so it is is more obvious to customers of what to click on (ie. "Write Facebook Recommendation" or "Write Google Recommendation")

    Adding back the analytics to the mobile app. It would be incredibly helpful for managers who work from home to be able to see how many calls our office received, and how many of those calls were missed or answered.

  4. enter key should not send the text

    This has been requested before and denied so maybe not possible. Please have texts only send when the "send" button is clicked and not when the enter key is hit. I know there is the shift - enter work around, but that is hard to get into muscle memory.

  5. Recorded message on demand

    Recorded message playback on demand. Our previous phone system allowed us to record messages and save to a line key on our phone. During a call whether we reached a live person or their voicemail, we could press the button to play the message and just hang up and the message would continue to play. Some patients are fine with text messages, but we prefer for some of these messages to be a warm voice message, particularly if it is a patient's first contact from our office, or they may not receive texts.

  6. Online Scheduler mobile TERRIBLE

    Our scheduler on the mobile app has not been working for MONTHS. It’s been moved up to a tier 2 and still nothing. This is beyond ridiculous now. It won’t let us approve requests so we have to do all schedule requests manually. This is making things so difficult. WHO IS IN CHARGE OF CODING? Perhaps, there needs to be someone else doing the developing.

  10. International (remote/virtual) front desk assistant

    We need our virtual assistants to be able to receive and make calls from international locations. Right now Weave's response is that they do not support calls outside of US and Canada.

    It would be great to be able to do scheduling through Weave and have a schedule we could block of existing appointments. For those who aren't integrated - or even at least block off times since schedules change week to week for all providers. Every other Saturday, etc.

  12. Opt out Options

    It would be great if when a patient opts out of reminders that they are prompted to select what specific messages they want to opt out of. That way we can still text them for other reasons. i.e. billing, payments, appointment changes, etc.

  13. Email Campaigns

    Under Campaigns there is not a good selection of photos in your gallery for dental offices. When we were with Practice Mojo they had end of the year benefit "use it or lose it" photos, Christmas, Season Greetings, New Year and all the other holidays. Please add more of a selection.

  14. Manually Modify User Passwords and Login Audit Trails

    I would like to be able to reset the password of a user without sending a reset email, I should be able to set a password through the admin portal and an email be sent notifying the user for security can be sent. I also would like login audit trails for failed attempts and IPs where a user is logging in.

  15. PMS OpenDental and Weave Integration

    Our PMS is Open Dental and there is a feature called "Short Call OR ASAP List" and it is the same as "Quickfill" with Weave and we are wondering if there is a way to integrate the 2 so that we can combine lists. Thank you!

  16. Trigger auto-reminders when appointment is rescheduled

    Weave only triggers auto reminders for a new appointment - if an appointment is rescheduled, it does not recognize this as a new appt and auto reminders are not triggered. Please change this so that rescheduled appointments have a Save The Date Reminder go out and continue on with the auto reminder sequence.

  17. Mobile App message Templates

    I was hoping to be able to use the message templates saved in the desktop app, on the mobile app. We do not have auto reminders on currently due to staff shortage and do not want reminders or confirmations going out early to those appointments that need rescheduling. The templates can be used to send individual text but that is a little inconvenient. The mobile app is a great tool to be utilized during regular closed hours and times when the office is closed for extended days, vacation, etc. Being able to use those templates would make the app extremely…

  19. For Dentrix users - Form with an option of selecting ALL for YES/NO question - For example a Medical Update Form

    A provision for patients to be able to select multiple YES/NO answers with one click - click "click here to all NO or YES for all questions below"
    Form are very long and patients dont want to spend 20 minutes for a medical update form.

  20. Allow us to disable the save option after sending a voicemail to another extension

    When transferring a voicemail to another extension, it currently saves a copy in your voicemail box. We are interested in having the option to disable this feature. This way, when a voicemail is transferred, it won't save a copy in your voicemail box, and it will be sent directly to the designated extension. With our daily volume of 30-100 voicemails, the initial sorting process is challenging enough, and having to sift through saved voicemails that have already been listened to adds to the complexity.
