option to adjust time duration for time out
Hello. Happy customer here!
We have 11 staff in the office with 12 computers with Weave. We have been experiencing Weave logging out automatically after few hours. Our office texts our patient every 45 minutes. Sometimes texting our patients few minutes early helps when we are running behind. So, not having to log in again and waiting for it to load helps when patients are waiting to come in (We have all our patients wait in their cars).
Can we have an option to adjust security time out feature please? It will help our office routine without interruption.

phone analytics
Hi there, we would like to see a feature for phone analytics section to differentiate normal calls vs duplicate calls. For example: patient calls the office and no one answers. Same patient calls back again in 5 seconds. Is there a way to see those and remove them from the overall incoming numbers received to get more accurate stats? Thank you.

Earlier appointment time in reminder
We had the option with our prior software to flag specific patients who were always tardy for appointments. These specific patients would get email/text reminders with appointment times 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We do not want our entire patient base to get a 15 minute early reminder - only specific patients who need it.

stop quietly disconnecting/logging out!!!
New update logs out in the background, causing tremendous communication issues!!!! Need a VISIBLE warning if the application is going to logout. When working on patients, the app will log out and important office chats are not received. Up front, it will log out and we don't receive texts from patients and don't even know it's disconnected until it causes a communication problem and patient backlog. THIS IS A TERRIBLE DESIGN. PLESE REMEDY!!!!!!!

Disable Call Recording Involving Numbers Listed in a "Do Not Record" List
I know the Admin user role is able to listen to call recordings, but it would be nice to specify a "blacklist" of numbers that Weave should never record conversations from. For example, when the doctor gets a phone call from their spouse's number (555) 555-1234, have the ability to add (555) 555-1234 to the "Do Not Record" list, so all users with the Admin role are unable to listent to the doctor's private conversation, while still being able to listen to other phone conversations involving phone numbers that are not on the "Do Not Record" list.

Auto-populated Text While Submitting Forms
Good afternoon, after speaking with Weave customer support, our office realized that there is no easy way to create a new auto-populated text or e-mail message when creating a new form. For example, a photograph release form auto-populates a "Hi, NAME. We look forward to your upcoming visit", instead of something like "Hello, thank you for agreeing to use the photos on file." If there was a way to edit the text sent from the Weave desktop app through the create a form or create a packet settings, it would be extremely helpful. Thank you very much for looking into…

Integrate with AdvancedMD

our practice needs to be able to customize the " greeting" of the forms that we sent to our patients like the Medical Update forms and New Patients forms.. What is there now is generic and I have to alter everyone I send

Add as New Contact (Text Message Setting)
Please add a "Add as New Contact" option in the settings (ellipses icon) menu of an open text thread allowing the user to add the person they're texting with as a new contact in case they aren't already.

Danielle Del Presto Keep it Simple
- I would like for my desk top app to go full screen.
- I would like to see my name instead of call answered by unknown.
- I would like voicemail to be sorted by date or be able to select a sort feature myself.
- If using phone app it scrolls allover the place and I'm at the bottom and it brings me back to top.
- I have helped and been a tester for CRYSTAL PM since 2012 - I have been working for years with technology.

Custom List option
There should be an option to create more than the preset lists on Weave. Specifically to have one "quick fill" list that is for hygiene only and an additional "quick fill" for the dentist treatment.

For the hold music to pick up where it left off
Adding the option for the hold message to pick up where it left off when clients are repeatedly put on hold. That way the client is constantly heading the first 20 seconds.

Electronic Prescriptions though Weave software and Mobile devices
It would be nice to be able to send prescriptions right to the pharmacy through the software we are already using at the office and on our mobile devices. Utah is already requiring e Prescriptions for all controlled substances (starting Jan 1, 2022)
