Adding Secondary Email Option for Payment Notifications in Support

Payments that need attention (help with reconciliation)
If they get a payment that comes in after business hours are done for the day (e.g. 11PM tonight), they end up needing to go in the following day and retroactively balance these payments for the previous day, which has become tedious for them when it happens. They are wondering if there is a way to make it so that payments that come in after business hours are put into some sort of pending state to where they will only post on the following business day during business hours.

AI Chat bot integration
I recently starting working with marketing company that helps you with google SEO, and they have a AI chatbot that is basically powered by google, which I think would be an incredible integration for weave, specially for after hours, it seems pretty simple and straight forward to use.

return the technology that allowed us to truly verify insurance instead of our staff bein g burdened with it it
we originally bought into your technology to have "insurance verification" workload taken away from staff. It worked fine the first couple of weeks. However, the staff is needing to do it themselves by contacting the provider about frequencies. Work that weave was doing but now only does infrequently at best. Before we can add ideas on improving the app, we are sharing our thoughts on how not to LESSEN the app. Please respond and let us know action is being taken. Otherwise we need to find technology (and it does exist)that is more suitable for our needs. Thank You

Increase Weave syncing frequency between PMs
It is taking between 1-2 hours for patients to get glasses and contact lens notification texts once we click on notify in our PM. We would really like to shorten this amount of time and have Weave sync more frequently so patients can come in before close to pick them up. Especially when we can't notify until later in the day.

Online scheduling to match actual availability
We utilize EMA by Modernizing Medicine currently and Klara for our online scheduling. The availability is synced up with EMA so our actual openings show online. If the appointment gets filled by our staff it removes the opening from Klara online when a person tries to schedule.

Voicemail overrides
It would be very helpful if the voicemail override was accessible by any employee, admin employees aren't always in the office when this feature needs to be used.

Add "Facebook" or "Google" to Weave splash screen button
Add "Facebook" or "Google" to Weave splash screen button that says "Write Recommendation" so it is is more obvious to customers of what to click on (ie. "Write Facebook Recommendation" or "Write Google Recommendation")

Mobile App Analytics
Adding back the analytics to the mobile app. It would be incredibly helpful for managers who work from home to be able to see how many calls our office received, and how many of those calls were missed or answered.

"Rescheduled Appointment" Reminders
Bringing back the code that tells Weave a "rescheduled" appointment is still an appointment and needs a reminder. Our office reschedules appointments rather than cancelling and making a new one, it would be incredibly helpful if those appointments still got reminders.

Appointment & Recall Reminder email customization
The call to action button in reminder emails should be customizable.
If not, then the email sent to offices confirming or requesting the appointment should be editable as a template for the office or when the customer responds.There are not enough details in the return email to the office to identify who is requesting the appointment, what kind of appointment, etc.

middle name
Please add patient middle names so that we can differentiate between patients that have the same name. When I'm looking at our Eaglesoft software, it includes a middle name and if I had the middle name in Weave, I could differentiate without having to go into the patient's chart to find out their age.

Online Scheduler mobile TERRIBLE
Our scheduler on the mobile app has not been working for MONTHS. It’s been moved up to a tier 2 and still nothing. This is beyond ridiculous now. It won’t let us approve requests so we have to do all schedule requests manually. This is making things so difficult. WHO IS IN CHARGE OF CODING? Perhaps, there needs to be someone else doing the developing.

Call queue monitor
visual monitoring tool that will allow the user to see callers who are entering and leaving their queue, as well as how long they have been in the queue

It would be great to be able to do scheduling through Weave and have a schedule we could block of existing appointments. For those who aren't integrated - or even at least block off times since schedules change week to week for all providers. Every other Saturday, etc.

Email Campaigns
Under Campaigns there is not a good selection of photos in your gallery for dental offices. When we were with Practice Mojo they had end of the year benefit "use it or lose it" photos, Christmas, Season Greetings, New Year and all the other holidays. Please add more of a selection.

Manually Modify User Passwords and Login Audit Trails
I would like to be able to reset the password of a user without sending a reset email, I should be able to set a password through the admin portal and an email be sent notifying the user for security can be sent. I also would like login audit trails for failed attempts and IPs where a user is logging in.

PMS OpenDental and Weave Integration
Our PMS is Open Dental and there is a feature called "Short Call OR ASAP List" and it is the same as "Quickfill" with Weave and we are wondering if there is a way to integrate the 2 so that we can combine lists. Thank you!
