Print Phone Reports
The Weave Desktop App will break phone calls down by which phone answered how many calls that day, and also how many calls a phone placed that day. It would be super helpful to have a way to be able to print or save this as a way to track productivity. It is also very helpful to see how many missed calls there were and what times that happened.

Alert when patients turn 18 to update required paperwork
It would be very helpful to have an alert when sending appointment reminders that a patient has turned 18 since their last visit so we can have them update legal paperwork.

Patient MRN #'s should sync with our system
In the payments section, the patients and patient record number should sync. It's ridiculous that this can't happen. I understand that Weave doesn't "integrate" with our software but if you are going to keep customers other than dental customers, then your programmers need to figure out a way to make this happen.

Allow marking as "Paid/Completed/Posted" after entered into PM System.
We have duplicate payments logged into patient accounts due to many people checking payments screen, posting, then someone else sees it there and posts again. It would be nice to just have the ability to "Mark Completed" like Texts feature has. That is at least SOMETHING to denote payment has been processed already.

Pronoun Visibility
Has their been any discussion surrounding pronoun visibility within the Weave app? Offices using weave would be able to deliver a better patient experience if that information was on the patient profile and displayed on the Call Pop screen. Maybe an easy way to offer this would be a drop down selection, very similar to what we offer for Language Preference.

Appointments color description
Good morning i have a few suggestions for appointments. I would like to color coordinate the different appointments, Red for emergencies, Yellow for Contact lens fitting. Blue for annual eye exam. Purple for medical and other follow-ups

"RECALL REMINDERS" DO NOT PULL THE CORRECT DATES IN DAYSMARTVET!
We were told that we would be able to send text reminders for our patients due for wellness exams, vaccines, preventions etc. All of our inventory items that fall under these categories were integrated into the "recall reminder" section. We realized after awhile that people weren't receiving text messages for the approaching due dates on these types of things for their animals. After months and months of working with Weave and Daysmart to figure out the problem, Weave finally found that it was pulling "expiration dates" of vaccines and not pulling "due dates" for each specific patient. Desktop App Review Analytics Needs UI overhaul
If you go to the Reviews Analytics in the desktop app (clicking on Reviews, then clicking on the top button with the total # of reviews) the charts at the bottom are not legible. All of the charts (Number of Reviews, Replies, Invitations, etc...) have the label "Jan" repeated across the entire X-axis with no year or date indicators. If you hover over the line data, there is text but it is white so it is not legible against the background. You can only tell there is text if it briefly appears to contrast against the think line graph color.

Text Messaging Templates Drag&Drop "Department"
Have the ability to have a Drag & Drop for the "Department" in which you selected after you selected the patient into a template message so that the correct department is reflective with in the message. This would allow a message to be created that could serve more than a single department.

We would like to have a way to see a list of review invites (especially manual review invites) that were sent through Weave. We'd like to be able to see what patients have received and responded to the invites.

import ASAP lists from dentrix to weave
It would be great if we could import the ASAP list from dentrix directly into weave lists. This would be great as we wouldn't have to do double work when trying to fill empty appointment slots

Save the dates in numerical order
Hello
I am struggling with the save the dates. We sometimes schedule multiple appts for the same patient for the same day. Like a plaque control class @ 10 and surgery @ 11 and then a week later another surgery @ 1. The save the date text use to send them out in order but now they are sending them out incorrectly. Look @ NienHwa Wang's texting feed for example. I scheduled her for Jan 4 @ 10 and 11 but her save the dates are 11 and then 10 so then she texts back confused on the time. If…1 vote -

Stop the scrolling on the payments and payouts windows
For the new payouts window - please fix the scrolling issue. I cannot print a full report due to the scrolling or fix it so I can print to a pdf file instead of downloading an excel spreadsheet. This problem is a waste of paper and time.

Offices would like to send out review requests on a schedule instead of after appointments
Office is wanting to be able to send out mass texts of review request at a specific time each day instead of after appointments. Let them know we do not currently have this feature and offered to submit feedback.

Categorizing Automated E-mails
Currently, I receive an e-mail anytime a payment is ran through Weave. I tried to unsubscribe to these, but if I do, then I don't get notified about any of my voicemails.
The "payment received" e-mails are honestly clogging up my work e-mail, and making it hard for me to get other work done, but I really do need to be notified if I get a voicemail message. So it would be fantastic if there's a way to "turn off" the automated "payment received!" e-mails without turning off e-mails from Weave altogether.1 vote -
Mobile App include Office User Name Phone Records
When a user answers or places a call through the mobile app, it would be great of their name showed up in the call records. As of now, it will show up as an "unknown" user which means we have to spend extra time to upkeep a separate call log to keep track of this.

Doctor Call Button
It would be nice to have a part of the app to call the Dr. to the next room needed, and keep that order for multiple requests. It would help to know quickly which room to go to for the next patient.
