Updated Analytics ideas (Phone tree)
We would like to have an updated analytics report to identify what option the phone callers are pressing in the phone tree. Also, If playing a media file when that option is pressed in the phone tree, can be identified as an answered call and not a missed call.
We are trying to identify our missed calls, and it is quiet difficult now with a phone tree when we can not identify where the call went to, and those robot calls that do not press any buttons, still show as a missed call. Are we potentially missing patients who need…

insurance Verification integration for Practice Works
Please integrate insurance verification of benefits with Practice Works, to go beyond simple yes/no and limit/usage. We are very interested in the automatic translation of information like what % of each code is covered, frequency, etc. into the insurance plan profiles in PW. That’s where this really adds value and saves time. Otherwise we still need to go online to the portal or call to find out this information. This will really differentiate Practice Works (in-house server) from the rest.

Appointment Type Drag and Drop Option
When creating appointment reminders, our office would love if there was a 'drag and drop' option for 'appointment type." So if the appointment in our EHR is for a comprehensive exam it would state that in the text, or office visit, or dry eye evaluation, etc. Thank you!

Auto-populated Text While Submitting Forms
Good afternoon, after speaking with Weave customer support, our office realized that there is no easy way to create a new auto-populated text or e-mail message when creating a new form. For example, a photograph release form auto-populates a "Hi, NAME. We look forward to your upcoming visit", instead of something like "Hello, thank you for agreeing to use the photos on file." If there was a way to edit the text sent from the Weave desktop app through the create a form or create a packet settings, it would be extremely helpful. Thank you very much for looking into…

Forms Customization
With the new forms addition, the function to edit the text/font would allow us to customize emails to make them look less like "Spam." We could use the company logo on the forms on the email as well to make the email more professional.

Quickfill upgrades
The Quick fil list: We should be able to add tags. and search those tags. So add tags for patients that want morn, or tags for patients that only want certain days.
Also it would be nice to be able to print the quickfil list with names, numbers, and notes.3 votes -
Add option to add patients from overdue list to quick list
It would help office productivity if there was a checkbox or option to add patients from the overdue list under list icon to Quick List for quicker choosing and contacting when cancellations occur and appointment slots open. Currently you would have to manually add each individual to have an useful quick list.

TRIAL OPTION FOR INSURANCE VERIFICATION
There should be a trial period for the insurance verification. I want to see if it's worth the extra payment prior to signing up. At least a week.

Hold times and calls dropped when placed on hold report
We need to know the average length of hold times, the longest someone is placed on hold, and if a caller hangs up when placed on hold.
The missed call report only gives us one part of the story. I need to know if my staff members are simply placing patients on hold to avoid a high missed call rate.

Email Marketing Suggestion
1). Weave needs to add a marketing role within the users roles so that offices can have a third party assist with the marketing and to avoid HIPPA violation. No access to patient file just emails.
2.) There needs to be a image inserts option on the campaign template where the "Content for your email goes". Having to just put one images a banner does not work.

Alerts for Med History on acct
When you submit a weave form medical history no alerts are posted to the account for the medical problems they have. Mconsent previously did create that alert manually. So that when the pt profile on Eaglesoft is opened it pops up with alerts for what medical problems they have. It would be ideal if this feature is added to weave forms.

Include all Appointment Times for Patient
Currently only 1 appointment reminder is sent out to a patient per day. This may not include all their appointment times. Sometimes it only sends the later appointment and people forgot they made an earlier one so they miss it. Offices would love to see a drag and drop TIMES tile for the individual text template.

Team Chat Patient Tag
With Nextech's PracYakker communication, you can tag a patient in a chat message to another staff member, click on the tag and it will take you to the patient's chart. It would be great if somehow this could be done with Weave too.

Update Patient Name on an Invoice
ConfiDental Beverly Hills, s00091152, would like to be able to edit the patient a payment was processed under. For instance, if the correct card and email were used in a payment, but the wrong patient's name was selected, there is no way to correct the bookkeeping side of that. Office has to refund and start over or make note of it.

Overdue Recall
It would be great if there is a better way to be able to see who has not received a recall, especially when the patient does not have a cell phone, are overdue, or has opted out of text messages. If there was a PRINT option that we could manually go through the patients and send either a text recall (if available) or mail them a letter reminding them.

pull Eaglesoft SIP list to quick fill
I am not sure why the quick fill list does not read the Eaglesoft patients marked SIP (sooner if possible). It is extremely redundant to have to manually add patients to the quickfill on desktop app, and then I don't know if the patients in quickfill app are staying current, or being removed after Tx complete.
