  1. IT would be very helpful to set settings in the payment tab so that the total amounts collected do not show up at the top for all employees.

    the user roles to have additional features to omit some information, specifically the total collected amounts being on display in bold at the top of the page that we have to go on to create an invoice. This feature would be great to limit to financial or super admins only as all employees should not be able to see this.

  3. Dynamic Text (SMS) Translations

    It would be really great if Weave offered dynamic text translation. We have numerous customers who are Spanish speakers for example. In our clinic we have Spanish speaking doctors but but our staff is not all bi-lingual and it would be great to set the patients language preference in their profile and allow us to type messages in english and have them output in Spanish. I have to imagine there are api's to google translate to do this pretty easily.

  4. Unarchive option

    There is an option to archive text messages but no option to undo that. That option exists for faxes but not texts. Also there is no "are you sure" when you click to archive texts and it's next to the tag option so could lead to future issues. Thanks

  5. Display client first and last name on caller ID, call history and text thread

    Recent update (10/2024) took away the display for client last name. I use this to search for their account as I'm answering the phone. It saves precious time. I have 3 cases that I'm working on where the clients all have the same name. 3 separate text threads that all just say a first name. I don't know which one I'm selecting. Have to open thread and read to find out. Very inconvenient.

  6. Select from multiple links for review page landing

    We have multiple providers at our office, I would love to be able to send a link to land the client to the provider they saw to increase the providers individual review score.

  7. Call record for first call

    The initial phone call doesn't get recorded on the patients call log. Meaning if is a new patient the first call doesn't show up on their log.

  9. SMS Override Features

    When I am closed for the weekend or on vacation, we instruct patients to call our "Emergency Line" weave number which is always configured to forward calls to my cell. That allows for me to keep my actual cell number private. However, patients now desire to text my "Emergency" line.

    1. Since Weave controls the SMS and phone feature of the number. Weave should be able to accept SMS messages and provide a notification to a predefined phone number or email address that a text has been sent similar to how the voicemail notifications work. Even better if Weave can forward…

  10. Allowing submitted forms to be sorted by appointment dates AND see All forms submitted

    It would be nice to be able to sort submitted forms by date of service (upcoming appointments) so that we can choose to only look at a specific date, like on the current date to see if any patient have submitted forms for the day.
    Right now on the Forms dashboard (website), we can select the patient but the their next appointment isn't even showing up.

    Also it would be nice to see all forms submitted on the desk top app rather than the small amount we are currently able to see.

    1. Field for manually entered contacts' "Category" or "Contact Type" with a short text data entry or dropdown menu selection (e.g., "Patient," "Parent," "Guarantor," "Company/Business," "Office," "Partner," "Other," etc.).

  12. Updating Communication Preferences

    It's a nice feature that patients are able to update their communication preferences for themselves. However, if we as an office choose to make an update to those preferences, is it necessary that a text message go out to the patient notifying them that we made a change? At minimum, could you add a second step requiring confirmation of awareness that a message will go out to the patient acknowledging the change we made?

  13. To allow an admin to monitor a specific employees texts. Not just the tagged ones but to filter and see only one employees communications.

    To be able to monitor 1 specific emplyee's communications within the weave app without having to read every text that is listed.

    I want to manage my call routes for all of my phone numbers on a granular level so that I am able to dictate where calls ring at any given time on any given day in a way that allows me to "set it and forget it" according to my typical routine while easily changing it as needed.

  17. Voicemail Sharing by User

  18. More than one Override

    I would like to be able to build out our office hours to include all Holidays so setting an override isnt forgotten. I would think as many override options as possible with a start and end time for each or a calendar view that allows you to set/change hours.

  19. Bulk messaging dynamic field addition

    Add Date/Time as a dynamic field in bulk messaging. This would allow our practice which is not integrated and therefore unable to use automated appt reminders, to dump a CSV file for each days appts and send appt reminders that way.

  20. Online Scheduling for non-integrated Practices

    Let practices that are not integrated be able to just open the blocks they want available to the patients. Then when a patient schedules and the appt is confirmed by the office they can add it to their PM system.
