    I DOWNLOADED THE NEW WEAVE INTERFACE FROM A SUGGESTION BY NATE NELSON YESTERDAY AND IT IS CURRENTLY MAKING ME GO INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTIME A CALL/TEXT/EMAIL/FAX COMES IN ON THE POP UP MY CURSOR LEAVES WHATEVER I AM DOING AND GOES TO WEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE IT!!!!!!!! IT AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A CHART NOTE, TAKING A DICATION FROM THE DOCTOR, WRITING AN EMAIL, DOING MY JOB AND THE CURSOR LEAVES AND GOES TO WEAVE.   5. Bulk message past due hygiene patients to fill open schedule

    On the app, if you click lists, then over due patients it brings up a list of different times of past due recall patients. It would be soooooooo much easier if you could copy, cut and paste these specific lists and place them in bulk messaging to fill an opening on your hyg. schedule. Bulk messaging is too complicated to save as csv file from dental software, then import in specific parameters!

  6. I should be able to select the greeting played. Several times, the wrong greeting has played. Give us the options to select greeting.

    We have several greeting, like Office Hours, Vacation, On Another Call, Weekend Greeting, and many times the greeting get scrambled and I need to call customer support so it can be fixed. Give the office the ability to select their own greetings

  7. Filter patient forms when selecting from drop down menu desktop app

    When sending forms to patient from weave desktop app you have to select form from drop down menu. All forms that we have created show up but we only use about 4 of them on daily basis. Would like an option to filter which form are in drop down menu.

  12. recall for patients' 6 month cleaning needs to be fixed

    I had a patient who called the beginning of April to say she will be in town the end of April, and will like to make an appointment for a night guard impression. She was also supposed to get a text April 15th to schedule her cleaning in June. Because she was scheduled for a 20 minute night guard impression, she did not get her alert to schedule a cleaning.   15. Incoming message notifications by Department

    We should be able to, by user, on the mobile + desktop app be able to set message notifications AND the red badge on the icon to show by department. My billing departments and on-call doctors do not want to be notified for messages in the Main Line and vice-versa.

  18. we need auto fill to be disable on patient forms

    When patients are getting forms texted to them, they have an option to auto-fill or manually. We need auto-fill to be disabled. Some phones will not let the patient fill out their health history when they choose auto-fill.
